Disappointed with Lack of Communication & Delays…read more I was in a car accident in March 2024 and hired Adam Ramji's firm to handle my case. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating. I finished all of my therapy by August 2024, and was told that my case manager would begin gathering my medical records to prepare the demand. However, months passed and nothing was done. I later found out--without being notified--that I had been assigned a new case manager, Cristian. While she has communicated a little better than the previous one, the overall process has been slow and unorganized. It's now well over a year, and I feel like my case has been mishandled and delayed for no good reason. Communication has been poor, updates are rare, and I've had to chase down information myself. I would not recommend this firm for personal injury cases based on my experience. If I could do it over, I would have taken my case somewhere with more urgency and professionalism.
