Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Since there was quite a price difference between the bids decided to get one final bid from Gold Coast Pools. Heinz came out with his assistant to review the job. Totally understood what we needed to do and provide multiple options. Really described pros and cons for every choice. DIdn't feel pressured to do the job in any particular way but educated us on many pool construction issues. Had already decided to go with Pool Deck and Patio pavers with someone else (Manuel Ortiz) which it turn out he has worked with before. Heinz coordinated the whole job (demo and rebuild of pool, pool equipment, pool fence, patio) with Manny and it went very smoothly. No complaints on my end, and in fact both people provides options that we had not considered and not mentioned by any of the other bidders. End price ( which we had before starting the job) was competitive with others and finished job before deadline despite some weather and power issues.
