Prices: Adults (ages 11 and up) - $9.99 Ages 6 to 10 - $6.99 Drinks - $2.59 Ages 2 to 5 - $4.99 (includes kid size drink cup with lid) Younger children are free The buffet consists of about 12 pizzas, breadsticks, mini cinnamon rolls, 3 dessert pizzas, pasta with marinara and alfredo sauce, and a salad bar. Beverages include Pepsi products, orange and apple juice, iced tea and coffee. At busier times, the pizza can start to disappear faster than more can come out of the oven. Employees are constantly busy in the open kitchen, so it's usually just a few minutes for replacements to hit the buffet. If you have a favorite or want to try something new, you can request they make one of the varieties on the menu. An employee is constantly walking around the dining room clearing tables and removing dirty plates. We did find the tables and chairs have a sticky feel. It was obvious that tables are wiped down between customers, but it's like they need a good scrubbing occasionally. The bathrooms looked like they'd been cleaned recently and were in good condition. There was a changing table in the women's room (in the handicap stall) but not in the men's. First, I have to add that I have never given a 1 star review to anywhere before, but I have no choice this time around. Perhaps if I had done a dine-in and was reviewing the service it might rise to a higher star rating, but this is based on a delivery order. It was our first and last order from this location. We ordered 2 pizzas, a BBQ hamburger and a BBQ Chicken pizza. We also ordered 2 desserts, an apple pizza and Cinnamon Rolls. First, the negatives, and they are substantial. 75% of the Cinnamon Rolls were burnt, literally to the blackened point with many of them. They were inedible. We picked out a couple that didn't look burnt and were thrown by the extreme (and I do mean extreme) greasiness of them. After eating one and tasting so much grease on my tongue, I picked up another, turned it over, and squeezed. Grease literally flowed out of the roll onto the box. My Granddaughter suggested that it might be melted butter, but I know the difference between the taste of butter and the taste of grease. There was also the absolute minimum of glaze even if they had been edible. Next came the apple pizza, which was cooked a bit better, except for the fact that the crust was uneven in thickness thus the thicker portions were a bit on the raw side in places. The topping also had little to no true apple taste and was a bitter disappointment, although there was a lot of the topping on there. Now for both pizzas. Both of them tasted greasy too, although the greasiness was not soaked through to the crust. It was mainly on the meat topping. The worst was the hamburger one. It felt as if the meats were taken directly from the frying pan (grease and all) and then placed onto the pizza. In addition to that, both pizzas had no more than 2 slices with an adequate amount of bbq sauce. The rest of the slices varied between tiny amounts and practically no sauce at all. The crust was also inedible, being both dry and tasteless. We ended up taking the toppings off a few of the slices just so we could have something to eat. The crust was then thrown out. Now for the positives... the prices are reasonable... if the food had been edible. Believe me, I hate giving negative reviews, but this required it. My advice, don't order out or delivery... eat in and you'll probably be more satisfied based on other reviews. read more

I am starting this over on my home computer. I messed up when trying to do it on my phone. I arrived a little before 8pm on Friday the 29th of September, 2023. There were pretty many people eating. I immediately could tell they were short staffed by the dirty tables. lack of pizza/food on the self serving line, and the fast speed of the couple workers, that I could see. I must commend the team for working together and especially that of the girl in charge, Megan. Megan was super busy coordinating the restock of the buffet. I saw pizzas were working their way thru the oven, and by the time I got my drink, silverware, and such and approached the buffet, there were several fresh hot and ready pizzas. The salad bar looked good and the pasta was full and fresh. During my visit, every area of the bar was restocked. The only thing that remained were dirty tables, but that was also being rectified by the time I left at 8:45. I also want to add that Megan came out and did some table visits, thanking all of us for our patience and understanding. Since I come from a 25 plus years of restaurant management experience, I know the stress that comes in the hospitality field and I was impressed by what I saw... no complaining or making excuses, just diligent hard work to provide the guests with a satisfying experience. I'm relatively new to the area and still working my way through, but my girlfriend has lived here her whole life. Tonight she mentioned she was craving alfredo pizza, and took me here. What can I say, it's a pizza buffet. The pizza was relatively fresh (on account of the quick turnover and cooking), thin crusted, but slightly under-cooked for my taste. It all tasted good and the service was solid, manager was friendly and accommodating. Price was solid, around $20 for two people and two drinks with unlimited refills, I definitely ate my fill. They had an array of different but fairly standard options on the counter (your cheese, pepperoni, BBQ chicken sort of options with their Alfredo seemingly the most desired), however you could request any of the pizzas on the menu board and they would make one for you. I didn't actually end up doing this, but the employees seemed more than happy to do so for others I overheard. The desert pizzas seemed interesting, I had a slice of the "chocolate chip" on my way out and it was better than I expected. They also have a pretty decent looking pasta and salad bar, although I didn't try any of it since I have an aversion to open access salad bars. Overall, recommended, I'll definitely be back sometime. Is it rustic, authentic Italian pizza? Absolutely not, but it's good in its own right, and you can't really beat the value. On 8.30.23 I went in around 7pm and closing time was not till 9pm. On any given day there would have been at least 10-12 different options of Pizza. On this day there was only 4. When I asked about more Pizza. The lady said she was getting to it, in an irritated tone. For the hour and a half of time we were there, she made two pizzas! Two pizza!! I didn't pay to have 4 options of pizza. Her response made me feel uncomfortable and her service reflected poorly on the environment. The first time I was introduced to the Infinito's chain was this past summer of 2021. My friends and I were in the area and we had the entire night to ourselves, and one of the guys suggested here because he lives close enough by, so we all said sure. Anyway: enough of the rambling. The food itself ranges from mediocre to pretty good! The breadsticks are fantastic, as well as the cinnamon rolls. My personal favorites of the pizzas were the white garlic, the alfredo thing, and the bbq cheeseburger pizza. They also do what they can to make custom pizzas on request. I havn't really bothered dong that yet due to the fact that I'm fairly happy with the endless amount of pizza that's already there. Just last weekend, I ventured back up to Infinito's with my dad and brother this time and it was still just as good as the first time. The only complaints I would have is the ever so slightly sticky tables, and the windows being covered in tiny fingerprints. Going out for pizza is not my thing but every once in awhile I get that craving and since me and the hubs like differing toppings a pizza buffet is ideal for us. We dined here on Friday night. Although we were here when they first opened several years ago we really had no memory of it specifically. One thing I will remember from this visit is the outstanding, courteous, and overall pleasant staff. Every employee on and off the buffet line greeted us, as did the manager. Everyone was pleasant and eager to please even offering to take pizza requests. Nice. I don't know where they find their hires but they are doing something very right. The patrons however are not as pleasant. It's a low budget buffet and attracts what you would expect of such an establishment. Morbidly obese, plenty of unsupervised kids, and lots of foul language being used without consideration of who is around happened at our visit and are probably common occurrences. The food was nothing special. The pizza was fresh and had a variety of skimpy topping choices but is basically the same pizza over and over. Nothing baked into the crust like Pizza Hut offers, and no variety in the thickness. The sauce was also repeated. I would have loved to see a variety of sauce choices, as well as flavored crusts and maybe a pan and ultra thin option. In addition to the pizza selections there was a small pasta buffet - again different shapes, same sauce and a very limited but fresh salad bar. Not enough choices to make getting one worth wild as assembled would just be your basic garden salad. I did however like the cherry pie filling dessert pizza and there were a few other dessert pizza options. Also at the time of our visit - a day in the 90's with high humidity - the ac was not operational. They claimed it was just that day but a visit to a neighboring store told us that it was out for at least a week. The food is probably 1 or 2 stars, but the employees a 5. read more

My wife and I were looking for a quick bite to eat while we were in the area and saw this pizza buffet in the plaza across the street. It worked out perfectly for us and it reminded me of a Cici's pizza buffet; It had a variety of thinly sliced unhealthy pizza to try. The place was fairly crowded for lunch so pizza was coming up on the buffet freshly made. My wife and I stuck to the veggie, pepperoni, bbq chicken, ham and pineapple, rosemary, and buffalo chicken pizzas. It wasn't great, but the pizzas were the right sizes and a good combination of flavors. We were able to get in and out quickly without breaking the bank. Infinito's also had some dessert pizzas, salad, bread sticks, and pasta as well, which we did not partake in. The place holds a fairly large amount of people and the staff did a good job vocalizing any new pizzas coming up on the buffet. The food was good as usual....I was there with a party of about 20 people. A trip to the restroom changed our opinion and we left almost immediately afterwards. I was using the restroom while an employee cleaned it. I tried to wash my hands but the soap dispenser was not working. The employee said, "oh yeah we dont have a soap dispenser that works" I asked if the employees have a separate bathroom, he said they did not. So, every male employee that uses the bathroom there does not wash his hands before returning to the kitchen...... Gross!!! Never going there again. 040117 2pm Late lunch / early dinner. We've been here several times before. The constant struggle with a buffet is quality vs. quantity vs. volume. Today was one of those struggles. It seemed the place was packed with family's with tweens and early teens. And man were those kids hungry. They didn't seem too interested in the small, typical but not bad salad bar and pasta bar. Just the numerous different flavors of pizza that at times the pizza guys had a hard time keeping up with the demand. But brother did they try. The pizza was ... well it's not pizzeria and it's not DiGiorno. But it is tasty and you ...well I, seem to make it a goal to try one piece of each different flavor (mission accomplished). Pepperoni, plain, meatball, ranch chicken, BBQ, Rose, vegetable, Alfredo and a few others. Oh and the breadsticks and cinnamon rolls rocked. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and hard working. My beautiful wife made a point to tell the manager how hard working, efficient and polite the bus boy was. We love this place , honestly eat here once every month or 2 .. The staff is super nice and friendly they are all about serving you and making up your request if you want a special pizza .. The reason for 4 star is just i guess lack of speed maybe i know it gets busy but sometimes just seems like they dont keep up with the pizza great and sometimes the quality of the pizza just aint there .. I'm not going to be crazy about this -- it's not the BEST pizza you've ever had. But I like to think in terms of dollars-to-yumminess ratio instead of just one or the other. And I don't think you can do much better than Infinitos. This is one of my kids' favorite places to eat. It's cheap, there's lots of food, it's fresh, and it's tasty. My daughter for a long time just called it "Pizza Salad and Noodles" since she couldn't say "Infinito's." She would often ask for us to go to "Pizza Salad and Noodles" and if we didn't feel like cooking, we would. The salad bar is just the right size, not too many or too few options. And the creamy Caesar dressing is awesome. The noodles are a tad boring with only tomato sauce or alfredo sauce to choose from. But the breadsticks make that worthwhile -- dip those warm fresh garlicky suckers in some alfredo and you have a very tasty snack. Pizza comes in several varieties, including the normal things you might expect and some odd and unique options like Barbecue Chicken, Tuscan Taco, and Ham Hoagie. My personal favorite pizza is actually a combo of my own making -- a piece of alfredo pizza on top of a piece of bacon pizza. And when you're done with a salad, some pasta, and a few pieces of pizza, don't forget to make yourself stuffed with some of the dessert options like fresh warm gooey cinnamon rolls -- my personal favorite. They also do dessert pizzas like apple, cherry, and chocolate chip. All this for about $6 per person makes it a great deal. People often say "oh it's like Cici's" -- let me just say, I've had Cici's and this is far better, people. read more

This place ain't too bad. It's cheaper than going to Cici's and it's right next to Park City. The pizza is.... okay, but what can you expect from a pizza buffet anyway? Overall the experience isn't bad. Depending on when you go you might have to wait a bit for your favorite pizza. I also think the varieties of pizza they have is nice. My only complaint is that the chicken they use on their pizzas is.... pretty bad. With that said i tend to stick to my classic favorites, which is fine with me. It's all you can eat pizza. We were going to CiCi's out on Rte. 30, and recently it closed? I have never gone to Infinito's but decided to give it a try, 4 times later, it's not a bad place for a pizza buffet. The pizza is actually tasty, so many to choose from, my very picky 2 1/2 yr old son actually eats the Alfredo pizza.. win...if I can find something that my son likes to eat, I'm sold. You can't complain about the price either... The employees are always nice when I am there, It's a good place to eat for the price. My favorite is the Buffalo Chicken pizza, it has some heat to it, pretty darn tasty and the Alfredo one. Dessert selection is pretty good, about 4-5 to choose from, cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip pizza, blueberry pizza just to name a few, which are delicious. Pizza is pretty good. They are on top of keeping pizza coming. Only big problem I had as a mom was the bathroom. If you have a baby, you have to wheel in a cart to change the baby.
