The quality of the photos looked so professional that I wanted to book with them even though their pricing was a bit above average. We ended up booking the second package with DSLR quality photos and my guests really loved it! They kept mentioning about the quality of the photos and I'm really glad I splurged a bit on this. Photo booths are usually my favorite things at weddings so I am glad we got these as our souvenirs. I also opted for the 4x6 prints because I knew I had a lot of groups that would want to take big group photos lol The only thing I would suggest is to text them directly if you have any concerns or questions. I got a fairly quick response for the initial consultation, however afterwards, I didn't really hear back from them. When I would email them, it would take them days or even weeks to respond to a simple question. Sometimes I would also ask 2 questions, but they would only address the first question. I had to respond back with the second question again and they would take their time in responding back. After a few weeks of no response, I decided to text them directly to see if they needed us to schedule a meeting instead. I also forgot to mention that the package also came with free gif or boomerang and they mentioned to me I would be able to pick either one. I forgot to follow up with this, however on the day of the wedding I noticed that they had already picked GIF without following up with me if I had wanted this. The GIF came out good, but if they followed up with me instead of assuming, I def would have picked boomerang since we live in an instagram era lol. Pro tip - if you book with them, make sure to text them directly for faster response.
