I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.

The driver was polite, and apologetic, and he confirmed to me verbally that I had, indeed been waiting more than 30 minutes. (There is at least one honest man at this company). But when I called the dispatcher/owner ("Barb"), to ask, she was totally nonchalant, unsympathetic, would not acknowledge my waiting time, would not acknowledge any inconvenience on my part, and insisted this was still a billable ride (billed to Indiana University). I decided to leave and get an UBER (great service and less than half the price this company charges). Then, the next day this company dishonestly billed Indiana Univ. for my ride, and they even made up a fake timeline to show that I had only waited something like 10 minutes. Fortunately, I have the text message evidence with timestamps to prove otherwise, but this is an example of very poor service plus basic dishonesty. Next time I will avoid this unreliable and unsympathetic company, and take a ride-share service for less than half the price from IND airport to Bloomington.

My pick up was for 6:00am. I called my driver at 6:10am and woke the driver up. It would take another 20/30 minutes before the driver could arrive. I had to book an Uber last minute that was only 10 minutes away. Bottom line -- this is not a reliable service. Be Warned.

After being picked up and heading out for pictures, it was discovered that the air conditioner had gone out on the bus. And it was hot outside! Denny took my call right away. He had already in contact with the bus driver and was working out a couple of back up plans. He got a new bus out to the site just as the picture taking was ending and the rest of the night went off without a hitch. Denny kept in constant contact with me, letting me what the status was. He did all this from his day off at Kings Island. They went above and beyond.
