There's no tickets, just pay the guy with the giant wad of bills who's wandering around the deck. Capacity is 6-9 cars --- this isn't a large ship. Bicycles, motorcycles, small-to-midsize campers, and all other sorts of traffic are welcome. Check the website for the schedule, but it was trips every ~20 minutes (with a ~6 minute crossing) when I visited. Routes are well-signed on the American side; looked reasonable on the Canadian side as well. There's no bathrooms, vending, or other niceties on board --- but for a 6-minute trip, that's just fine.
