There are several integrative physicians on site that are covered by insurance, which is rare. My primary doctor was Dr Kara Stoll until she moved in June 2018. She was great. I switched to Dr Bonnie Bobot. She went to another clinic so now Dr Crane is my primary. Dr Crane is a DO and performs osteopathic manipulation. Hoping Dr Crane will stay long term. I have been seeing Dr Reynolds and her team (Dr St Clair) monthly now. She is very knowledgeable, very compassionate and takes the time to listen and understand. She has a long wait time to get an appointment so schedule ahead. Dr Reynolds is a functional Medicine doctor who works with really sick or chronically ill patients. She will definitely help find a solution and get you on the road to recovery. I've had mostly good experiences at this clinic. The one bad experience I had was about 10 years ago. I had an appointment with the acupuncture doctor. I showed up for my appointment and the doctor did not show up. Then, I got marked for no show appointment, even though the doctor did not show. Otherwise I've never had any issues with thus office. It's very different from other aurora offices. It's also next to Stone Creek Coffee and Bruegers Bagels. I explained that my husbands car broke down and we are currently sharing a car so I was late because I had to wait for him to get home with the car in order to come to my appointment. She walked away from me mid sentence and came back a few minutes later and asked me to have a seat. I was attempting not to completely bawl my eyes out at the way she spoke to me as I sat and waited quietly. She came back and said that I could only be seen for one of my issues today and then proceeded to say the issue out loud for the entire waiting room to hear. Then proceeded to tell me that I owed them $40 and couldn't be seen until it was paid. I have never received a bill and every time before I leave I check to make sure I don't owe anything. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. To be spoken to so rudely and have my personal health issues aired so publicly, I am beside myself. This was a terrible experience and I hope management really reconsiders how they handle their patients confidentially and feelings.

My wife said because I'm pregnant and I'm supposed to be getting an ultrasound. Then after the ultrasound we seen another nurse who told my wife, don't tell anyone you're pregnant and you need to be cautiously optimistic which made us wonder if something was wrong and become nervous for no reason. The front office staff is rude and never answers the phone. Good luck because this place is the worst . We went back to Novas Dohr and Cohl and have never been happier. I've always received excellent, compassionate care as have other family members who required treatment at Condell. I just got out after a 6 day stay for sepsis & extreme dehydration with kidney damage after a spider bite of all things. Not life threatening by any means but kind of a miserable situation all around. (I am not the best patient by any measure) EVERY doctor, nurse, pct, meal service, and cleaning service were amazing. There were a great many folks on 4th fl. West Tower sicker than me, but everyone was attentive, professional, and effective in the performance of their duties. Patrick, Kevin, Etolio, Elba, Alyssia, Carolinia, Zack, and all the other wonderful folks who cared for me whose names (I'm sorry) slip my mind- THANK YOU! If my children needed care, I wouldn't take them anywhere else. You're going to hit some bureaucracy at any institution of this type and size but the staff and quality of care is unmatched in my experience. If necessary, go to Condell secure in the knowledge that you will receive the "Best care anywhere"!

My doctor resent the orders in December and again Advocate said they couldn't set the appointment the way they the orders were written. So I gave up. My doctor called me and said they really wanted me to get this done, it was important! By the way I HAVE GOOD INSURANCE!!! So once again I called to make appointment. First I was told I would be required to bring the Written order from my doctor. Then they told me I needed to bring the results of my last mammogram. I told them I did not have them. It's been over 10 years and I couldn't remember where it was done. So they told me they couldn't schedule a mammogram without it. Well you know what ? I've lived this long without a mammogram ! I am a paying customer and if you don't want or need my business that's fine. My doctor sent same exact order to Bright Light Medical Imaging... and guess what... THEY CALLED ME! And as easy as can be I have an appointment with NO ISSUE!
