Came here after selecting what suit I wanted online. They honor any deal that you can find online as well, and they told me when I made my appointment if I see a deal online to take a picture with a date and they would still honor it when I came down for my appointment. This time around I came with 4 of my groomsman to get fitted for a wedding suit. Had an appointment and was pretty good experience, I picked the exact suit I wanted and everyone else just selected the customization that goes inside the suit. Measurements were taken pretty fast and overall took about 1.5 hours for 5 guys to get fitted. Solid experience. Definitely make sure to check their website often because I got 20% off all my suits which comes out to be a pretty hefty chunk (~$100ish per suit).

Ivan and his team made me look great! i will say, give yourself some time because you're definitely going to want the fitting. i had to have my pants taken in some and the legs shortened to fit my shoes better, and that was an extra week.

This experience was tremendously better than my previous encounter with Indochino. I made an in-person appointment for a full body measurement to be used on a bespoke suit. I went in a few minutes early and was immediately greeted by the salesperson, Ivan. I told him what I wanted: a properly-fitting traditional suit with none of the added flairs of a skinny, short, modern-day suit. I mentioned the King of Spain's suits (if you know, you know) and he immediately knew what I wanted my suit to look like. Ivan was detail-oriented from the start. He explained every aspect of the suit to me, from the fabric choices to the color options for the button holes. He explained every measurement he took and gave me options to give a little room here or there or to make it more snug. He mentioned options that I didn't even know were a thing, like shortening the sleeve of the arm I wear my watch on by half an inch to make the watch peek out from under the fabric a little more. I even got to customize my long sleeves! The suit came to my door a few weeks later. And boy, I was impressed. I had custom suits from SuitSupply in the past but I made the mistake of tailoring it too tightly, not giving thought to my body's ever-evolving dimensions. Ivan led me down a correct and proper path, and the end result shows it very well. The final suit came out to be around $600, and I have to say, it's well-worth it. I wore it to my birthday dinner, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will come back again to purchase more suits!

I would never in a million years recommend Indochino for your suit purposes. They say that it's 'custom tailored to you" but they take generic measurements with lots of fluffy options and it's cheaply tailored to your rough specs in China and shipped over to you. I've literally been to those tailoring streets in China and these suits are like $50-100 at best. My guy got the worst looking suit ever upon arrival - it literally looked like he was wearing a diaper. We went in for a "fitting" and you have to make an appointment for these second fittings, but fittings can only be done during the weekday because weekends are reserved for selling suits. They gave a lot of excuses about the fabric being the way it is, or the tailoring is just the way it is, or that it didn't need tailoring. Look at the pictures and see how bad it is - they tried to convince us to walk away like that. We got so much hassle about getting it actually tailored. We tried to come back a second time for tailoring because we got so many comments from folks at the wedding that his suit looked terrible but Indochino said it "looked fine and there was nothing they could do". I've never felt so helpless or enraged with a bespoke, retail experience. We're out $600 and it's final sale. I've literally never had such a scammy, terrible experience in my life before. Indo does all the aesthetics right - but once they have your money, execution and delivery is forgettable. The other reviews here don't lie - listen to them. The good reviews are extremely fake - no pictures, a couple of sentences, and from random places all over the country.

I was really impressed with Carlos' professionalism and support as my husband was getting refitted for a custom coat. The coat was ordered online, but came out extremely short and tapered. He helped with tailoring the coat, and when that didn't work out, he helped with returning the coat and exchanging the order for a coat that would have the right proportions. He had great communication skills and helped this situation get solved quickly. The coat was also purchased during a sale and he helped us maintain the same price for the exchange, making it a great value!

Came in with my husband today to get his measurements taken. He wanted to get some suites made for work. The man working there told us that we needed to make an appointment and come back another day to have measurements taken (even though the store was empty). He also told us that they only do measurements Monday-Friday...not on weekends. How does that make sense? My husband cant take time off work to drive to the Americana and get measured for suites during the week. Overall a very negative experience, the guy working was incredibly unhelpful. Plus after looking online later I saw that you could make weekend appointments to get measured. Not worth wasting your time here for customer service that is obviously going to be lacking. read more

DO NOT SHOP AT INDOCHINO!!! This was the worst experience I've had with any company. I came here in August to get a custom suit for my wedding that was on October 23. The suit came in four weeks but fit horrifically. The person who took my measurements did so incorrectly. When I contacted the company they had the store call me and they told me they could not see me for another week to confirm that the fit was incorrect. The person on the phone made it seem as it was it was my fault that I did not give them enough time to make my suit in time for my wedding when I expressed my concern. This person did not make any effort to look for an appointment at any other store or make any kind of effort to see me sooner. I ended up at the Newport Beach store where Alan was able to confirm that all the measurements were extremely off. He let me know that a new pair of pants and a new shirt would have to be remade for me. Today, We are now six days after my Wedding and the pants and shirt show up at my door and are still extremely off in fit. These suits do not seem to be custom fit at all please see other reviews on the Better business bureau's website. They refused to offer any resolution claiming that they only guarantee their fit which is hilarious because they come nothing close to a decent fit. They will not take care of you they will not make sure you are happy all they want to do is take your money and send you a cheap suit from China. However, men's wearhouse off of brand ave did an amazing job finding me a suit with 3 days til the wedding and all it needed was a hem. Tell me, how does a suit off the rack fit almost perfect but 2 try's with a custom suit isn't even close? Thanks for nothin Indochino. read more

Indochino has been terrible to work with. Not only did not remotely fit me at all, they completely blew me off to remedy the situation. I spent three months going back and forth for a solution and then they ghosted me. The fact that they do not have an 1-800 number should be a sign to stay clear. Save your money. read more

4TH REMAKE!! Ordered a luxury suit in Feb and after 4 suits now have a fabric of cheaper quality for the same price that STILL NEEDS TO BE REMADE. My wedding was back in June!!! I ordered a suit for my wedding which has long passed and I had to rent a suit instead through The Black Tux. Honestly, I should have bought from The Black Tux from the start! Not only did I NOT have to come into their Glendale store after every one of their mess ups they quickly sent me replacements after I submitted some photos. Carlos, the manager here at the Glendale store, has straight up lied to me saying he could get me $75-$100 back for having them missed my wedding but when I went in (after the 3rd screw up and AFTER my wedding) he denied ever having offered that and they don't do refunds of any sort. Each time I've spoken with Carlos on the phone or in person he's promised to call me back or follow up with me after talking with "his higher-ups" to "see what they can do" and has never returned a message. To top it all off I ordered a cashmere "luxury" light gray fabric and after I went in there after the 3rd remake they said they were out of stock of that fabric and I had to order a different fabric. They offered a cheaper quality and it was $150 off on sale. I asked "so I'll be getting the difference since I paid over $500 for the original suit" and the one they would replace it with was $350 but Carlos said that since it wasn't on sale at the time of my original order I was SOL. I've contacted my credit card for fraud, filed a complaint with the BBB, and am taking these guys to court. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!! read more

I had a few options in mind and Martin was able to expand on that initial list to show me a few more colors that ended up being fantastic as well. Absolute horrible service. The lady (Natalie) at the Americana location talks to you as if you are a little kid who does not know anything. Martin is a nice guy but the service here is horrible. They did not even apologize once for us waiting 40 minutes for an appointment we scheduled. Service has become a joke- we understand that Covid has impacted businesses but honestly would not be coming back to the store. I had posted a previous review regarding not receiving a returned call for an appointment. An appointment was finally made. I arrived 30 minutes early and did not have to wait. Gregory was my sales person and took excellent care of me. Side note: I was 3 weeks post shoulder surgery and in a sling. Gregory was very conscious of my limited mobility out of the sling. End of the day, excellent service, every detail of the measuring explained and I received a tie for the call not returned. I am looking forward to receiving my new suit. read more

Horrible service, staff are armatures. Walked in as I was passing by, no acknowledgement, no communication skills. One of the staff members was free but kept avoiding questions and would reply with "I don't know." This guy was so stupid, he would literally keep responding "I am not sure" "I don't know" to simple questions related to the products. He might have been new but was horrible at his job, I was the one guiding him on how to get answers. We finally got the answers and placed an order but dealing with people like that drains your energy. read more

I'm extremely happy with my overall experience. My initial consultation was great, and I got to pick every last detail of my suit. From the time I went for the initial appointment to the time I received my suit was about three weeks. It needed a slight alteration, which they turned around in less than 24 hours so that I could have my new suit for an upcoming wedding. Given the price and the fact that it is tailored to your body, it is well worth it. I've never had a suit that looked so good before, and it's because it is made just for me! read more

I insisted he use a bogus one which he initially refused, lying to me that "they don't use it for marketing". No? They why have it at all? He finally took it. Then, during the fitting, I was forced to wait multiple times while he helped other customers. Why even have a check-in system then? I finally left without buying anything. Not only a waste of time, but a lousy experience too. I wound up spending over a grand at another men's shop the same day. If you have to use this business, it should only be as a last-ditch choice.

In the move, the receipt could not be found but was available within men's warehouse account and was confirmed prior to arriving. After making a phone call. I was told an exception could be made for store credit if it is only the one item. So I begin looking for items in the store, and was planning to even buy additional items. It was in that moment a person walked up with the jacket and said "when you were done there, I have a situation to explain." I said sure. Is everything OK? Angelo said "well. This jacket doesn't have the tags." my response was yes. I had realized that when I opened the garment bag and explained they had been taken off when it was pressed by the other Men's Wearhouse. I am not sure what was done with the tags, but the jacket is unused and has never left the garment bag. He opened the bag and said the jacket tail flaps are open. Again I explained it's not their fault they were trying to help. I also once again said it was unused and within the return window. Angelo's response was, you'll have to call customer service. I was a bit throwing off, because first of all 1) Angelo did not introduce himself, I did not know his name or his position. 2) As a manager. My thoughts are you deal with situations and not pass them on, and especially did not even offer the number to customer service. 3) The approach taken was that you do not have the tags, and they should not have done that yet. What was the resolution to the issue? Why is that my fault or someone else's for showing a high level of customer service to begin with? 4) I explained that I was already here and had called prior and his response was well. They are not a manager. My thoughts were. The person had actually asked a manager. Someone showing excellent customer service should not be looked down upon for their efforts. Angelo made no effort. Still, I had not received a number a real resolution or even a name. I mentioned I would make an accurate review of these events and here it is. The positive experience with the Men's Wearhouse and those representing the brand and the less than stellar experience from a leader.

Was first told by a young associate there that even though this was a service that Men's Wearhouse offered, they discouraged me from doing it, and recommended that I just take pictures of what to wear to my groomsmen instead, which seemed kind of silly for a major retailer to ask. I'm pretty sure the associate there didn't want to do the work of setting one of those up and probably doesn't get any commission from it. Then finally a second young associate actually helped set up the groomsmen thing for me. But he had such a drab, unenthused attitude and look on his face that I had no idea if he was doing it properly or not. I think t was his first time doing it. I have no idea why this kid was working in sales if he had that bleak of a demeanor. Unfortunately, if you're looking for the experience of a knowledgable, friendly sales associate guiding you through a complicated, intimidating suit-rental process, you won't find it here, it'll just be more late teens/early 20 somethings who don't really want to be there. My friend who's also getting married said that they had a much better experience at the Beverly Hills location.

I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. I was a little skep at first, since I have not gotten a new suit in quite a long time, but Martin the gentleman who helped me was so amazing and made me feel right at ease! He took his time to walk me thru the entire process and really helped me get the details and desirables that I wanted for my suit. Several years ago I ordered shirts from Indochino Santa Monica store. (no longer there). Person gave me wrong advice on collar and on monogram and material. Also, she fitted me wrong. When I complained, another person said it was too late. I also noted tiny button holes and hassle buttoning shirts. The fellow agreed. The fit did not allow for shinkage, also. Lack of professionalism and lack of integrity. (And, added to all that, I feel badly about feeding money to a brutal, repressive regime.) read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! An extremely unfriendly woman runs this shop, has absolutely no kindness or empathy. Every question you ask she will make you feel dumb for asking. Overcompensating for her own insecurities. So sassy and rude I cannot even. All the nice employees leave because of her. Also, Indochino no longer shares your measurements on the website because of bs "proprietary reasons". Go somewhere else. Even if you need to go here, make the trip to Melrose in Beverly Hills, they are nice. read more

What can I say... Natalie was an absolute gem. From the moment I got there to the moment I left. She was able to walk me through the entire process, answering every question and concern I had. And the suit she help me put together came out fantastic. The pants were a little short, but, not a problem. I brought them in and Natalie was able to get them fixed up in just a few days, and they now sit exactly where they're supposed to. She knows her stuff.
