They clearly were trying but got several orders for drinks wrong and took several attempts to order the food. Also they have redecorated in a way that although looking very good, having removed all the carpets and any kind of material to soak up the sound and as such when it is full it's very hard to hear and can be very echoey especially as the music is played to loud.
