Nick, informed me my tax estimate was…read more300-400$ after I told him exactly what all my forms were and uploaded the notes into the tool even before our consultation. He then told me a week after uploading my documents actually it's going to increase to at least $500. I simply said it seemed a little unprofessional to suddenly increase the original estimate 30%+. He said, and I quote "I'm really not interested in working with someone who calls me unprofessional. I'll finish this year's return for you, but you will have to find another office after this year." Is customer service not a thing with this company??Maybe take the feedback instead of being defensive. Update : based on his response below, "good luck getting your return somewhere probably for less" you can see how they treat people!!
