I wish I could give it zero stars. I was charged $150 dollars for a "hand wash" that left green residue on my vehicle which I assume came from the soap that was used. It also still had dirt and i don't understand how a hand wash vehicle still had spots of dirt that i had to scrape off with my own nails. I have red leather seats and when they said my car was ready I spent at least 10minutes asking them to wipe of the excess residue from my seat and when I drove off and got home I had to finish it off myself. I'll add one picture so you see I'm not exaggerating. I watched as they used the same brush for my tires on the inside of my car. Not only did they use a cheap wax that left my car smelling like chemicals but it also stained the cloth portion of my seats. When I asked them if they were used to dealing with red leather they stated "we handle all cars ma'am" but asked me to bring cleaner for red seats. . When I asked them to fix the mess they started yelling at each other blaming a man who spoke no English and a kid that couldn't have been olde than 16. This is why black owned business have such a bad reputation. Expensive for mediocre work. The rags, sponges and all their material was dirty and they didn't care about my complaints. I paid and left but will make sure I can stop as many people as possible from coming to this rachet place. read more

Been coming to this car wash for couple months now on my way home. I like the options they offer but in all honesty, they're a little pricey fir the differences in the early tiers. Far as I can tell it's more about if they're going to clean the wheels and tires and put some shine on them. All the other options appear to be something that happens in the automated wash. However, if you want your wheels cleaned and tires shined, you've gotta go with a higher tier. The employees are professional and friendly and it has a nice little waiting area. They've just added a massage chair that you can pay for massage while you wait! I love this! Also TV in the waiting area as well with some small couches. I have had to finish drying my car once and pointed out that in my drivers side some dirt or something was still on my driver's side floor mat. I was assured that they vacuumed the entire car and this must've come in from someone's shoe that was finishing cleaning the inside of the car, but should this have been checked prior to calling me over to hand the car back off to me? Also be warned that their cleaning product is similar to armor all so if you don't want streaks then be sure to tell them you'd rather have the dash/seats/console blasted with air. Overall a nice little Carwash and I may actually give them a shot on a detailing one day! read more

I was a customer there until today, the car was badly washed, it had a 10% discount off the label that they put on but the chubby cashier woman treated me very badly and told me that they were not going to give me the discount because the place had new owner. My car was stink after the wash because they use a old towel to clean the inside and it still dirty. Friendly service but not great at all.

I had my car washed here this afternoon. VERY disappointed. They ran my car through twice... as it was pulled out of the wash bay, it was still dirty. I walked outside and the guy driving it drove it very fast, squealing the tires, barely slowed to drive through the vacuum area and squealed the tires again as he went around the back. I went in to complain and while I was talking, he walked in and denied the fact speaking only in Spanish to the girl I was talking to. He did not realize that I understood what he was saying..... the windshield was dirty, the tires, and the black trim, just awful service. Oddly, he spoke to me in very good English and started trying to convince me to have it hand waxed! read more

Today I went in specifically to have my seats cleaned. When I arrive I asked what was the difference between all of the services. I was told that with the carpet shampooing I would also have my seats shampooed being that they are cloth. Upon getting into my car I noticed that my seats were still filthy. I turned around and asked why my seats are not shampooed and they informed me that only my carpets were shampooed and if I wanted the seats to be clean it will be an additional cost. I wouldn't have had any problem with that if I have been told upon arrival that I need to purchase. Maybe the staff should be better trained on what each package so that the customers are receiving what they are actually wanting. read more

Let me start off by saying that it is very hard to find a good descent car wash that's not to pricey and this place is a great example. Went on a Saturday morning not to busy I came here because I saw a Groupon for them and wanted to give them a try. Sat there for about 10 min in my car before I got acknowledged ok I'm not gonna complain . Went inside cashier /manager was nice but there was some girl behind the counter doing her hair.. umm ok how unprofessional and unsanitary. Ok so they finished my car in a good amount of time when they were finished it was so many dirty spots they looked over in the inside and when I pointed it out to the guy he caught a attitude . Ok guess I will keep my tip in my wallet. Most likely will not return . Guess I have to go on another scavenger hunt to look for a good car wash.. oh well read more

I'm never going back to this place. If you do go there, pay attention to your drivers side door. You'll probably find a new ding or scratch after it goes through the wash. And the people will change your radio station which is very messed up. read more

I have used this car wash plenty of times before, so I was very disappointed with the services I received Friday May 1st. I requested for the interior to be cleaned. The attendant told me me the services included cleaning the outside of my vehicle as well. When I was called to except my vehicles I realized the vinyl bumpers and door handles had not been touched. The manager who does NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL tells me I have to pay an additional $5 for that service because it is not included in what I paid for. I explained to him that I have been to this carwash many of times and I have NEVER paid extra for that service. He was very rude and basically told me to "stop talking" so he could say what he needed to say. The interior was not even cleaned properly and the outside still had dirt on it. I have visited incredible carwash several times and they have always done an excellent job, I have no complaints on the wash or detail. With that being said, I took my vehicle in today and while I was sitting outside waiting for my truck to be completed I observed two vehicles that were driven at a high rate of speed In the parking lot. At first I thought, well this is an inspection station as well, maybe they were checking breaks (long shot I know) well about 5 minutes later an employee got into a Dodge charger at vacuum station and boiled the tires while taking car to automated wash rack. There were black marks about 5 feet long out of bay. This should have been caught on their security cameras if they bother to look. I was floored by this and complained. It was not my vehicle but if it was, I would have been really upset. I did complain and advised the attendant that I would not be back due to the way their employees were treating owners vehicles. What a shame because they actually do great work cleaning. I wouldn't take a chance with my vehicle with the way they treat them moving them around. I sincerely hope they remove the employee before they lose more customers or damage a vehicle. read more

I have used this car wash since January 2015 and have been pleased by the good job they had been doing on my car but it was known as Wetzone Carwash at that time. it has recently changed hands and is now going by the name Incredible Carwash. I went there last Monday 4/16/18 and checked my car in at 11:12 AM. At the time i checked in there were five cars in front of me. I went inside and got my claim check at 11:17 AM and since they were somewhat busy i sat down to wait expecting a bit of a wait. I got involved with my smart phone and sometime later i realized I had been waiting longer then i had expected. I went to the front and noticed my car had not even gone through the carwash and I had already been waiting 30 minutes by now. I checked the vacuum area and my car was not there but i did find it in line to enter the carwash. I followed my car through the carwash and out to the drying area and that was when I noticed that people who had brought their cars in after I had were already finished and leaving. I talked with the manager and he stated he was sorry but offered no assurance that things would be better in the future. By the time my car had been dried off and ready to leave I had been there 5 minutes short of an hour. They did an alright job but if you don't have a lot of time to wait, I would suggest going somewhere else. read more
