They flat out refuse to refill my soap bottles because there might still be a little bit of mint scent left. "So what?" I say, it's my soap bottle and I don't care if the refill still smells a little like mint. "We don't do that" is the reply I get. W. T. F? And then, in the middle of all this, some friends of the lady working there walk in, so she abruptly stops talking to me, and instead starts talking with her friends. Terrible customer service. Terrible policies. Terrible people working there. They fail at the one thing they promise to do: give you refillable soap. If I could give this place a minus rating, I would.

Both of our therapists were excellent. The experience consists of a massage, body scrub, and facial (120 minutes) followed by a glass of Prosecco. We both were exhausted after the flight, so it was a blissful experience - we both fell asleep! We were there for just over four hours, took a quick sip of the Prosecco and ran out to make our dinner reservation. Highly recommend this spa!
