I've left many voicemails, talked to billing and the office manager (when it doesn't go to voicemail or I don't get hung up on) and they both have promised leaving messages for the doctor and returned calls. Which NONE have happened. My insurance company has been super helpful. They are trying to get in touch with the doctor as well to get it straightened out and they're getting ghosted as well. SO, if you want a stress free experience, this will not be it. ZERO support and accountability when needed.

So I drove to the office and hand-delivered the notes. I asked the receptionist to confirm I had the correct fax number. She confirmed it, but said their fax machine was broken. Yesterday I tried to fax updated notes (my wife continues to have cancer). Failed yet again. So their fax machine has been broken for at least a month. They have no patient portal. Their Facebook page doesn't allow DMs. So I guess I'll just mail it in. How much is a first-class stamp these days? Get a clue, folks.

The explanation that "we have a lot of referrals" is unacceptable. I understand the medical bureaucracy but if it takes a week to fax a form to a specialist then someone in the office is not very efficient at their job. Well was able to find here using my Insurance and it has been great Dr Judy De Silva is the best and her staff all great. From checking in (digitally in the front desk) to the waiting room (very clean) to the restrooms (clean) staff gets to know you.
