Worst store manager! I purchased a charm when I was vacationing in Florence last week and the…read moresales girl did not put the charm in my box and wrapped the box. When I got home I realized that I did not have it, and the store manager Francesca refused to send me my charm and told me that I would not get refunded either! Her sales girl (Andrea) was too incompetent to do her job and it cost me $57. Buyer BEWARE! Check your box before they wrap it, or just don't give them your business. Horrible customer service!
