Horrible service. Some people still don't have their pictures over three months later. They came to our school on September 27 to take pictures of our football and volleyball teams and cheerleaders. We are a very small school. 9 players had to also have banners done for 8th grade night. I was the head football mom for this and made the arrangements. 8th grade night (where we needed banners) was on Thursday. They tell me they will be dropped off that Monday. I tell the parents. No pictures. They then tell me they were in Roane County that day. They could have easily told me there was a change in plans. Next day, they said they'd drop them off on their way to Beckley. Again, it didn't happen. Again I had to explain to parents they didn't arrive like they said they would. When we finally got the banners on Wednesday, a name was wrong. They wouldn't let us see proofs. I saw parents from other schools post proofs and I asked them and they told me they "travel around the state and take thousands of pics and no proofs unless they were pre-ordered", however we didn't get to see proofs even when we did prepay. On October 4, I asked them when we could expect our photos. They told me there was a four-week turnaround. That was fine. On November 2, they send me a link to see proofs. This was confusing since they told us originally no proofs and also we should get pics back in four weeks from Oct 4. I share this with parents. There's still misspellings and errors. On November 30, they tell me pics will be delivered on December 1 to the school. I tell the parents. Guess what? They don't arrive. I followed up and they bring them the following day. By this time, parents are so ticked. Still, parents don't get all of the pictures they ordered. I heard from one mom over Christmas break and she is still waiting. I honestly feel like because we are a small school in Southern WV, we were put on the back burner and ignored. This was horrible service. I didn't even get responses to my last messages.
