The parish currently serves approximately 1,900 families. The church, of modified English Gothic design, began construction in 1912 and was completed in 1915. The beautiful and ornate interior and exterior of the 100 year old structure has been meticulously repaired and restored in recent years."

Everyone was so nice! Each priest approached us after the mass to chat. Many of the people there hung around after mass to chat with each other. It was evident that this church has a strong sense of community among its members and we loved that!!! We've joined the church, which was a simple process and are now going through the prewedding process. I will update my review after we have been regulary attending for awhile, to provide more feedback about the church and events! I did want to note that the parking here is great! There is a side parking lot and ample on street parking available too. The church is also very easy to navigate if you are handicapped/ in a wheelchair. I noticed ramps and the doorways are wide.

in an attempt to become a better person, inside and out (admit it. you're not perfect either), i've…read morestarted going back to church. in the past few weeks, i've been to four different churches, this being the first of them. appropriately located on the corner of east 23rd and church lane, st. michael's is an old (wood paneling, offering box in the back, nottingham church style), small church with a mainly polish parish. my mother says it smells sometimes, but i don't really notice it. don't fret about the diversity, there are a smattering of filipinos that attend, who end up disturbing the mass as they always show up after the first reading haha (please. don't think i'm racist... as i'm one of those filipinos... sometimes) fyi. for those of you who have ever wondered if all priests can sing. they cannot. i learned it here. to make up for it, they have an awesome singer, but he's not always there.

I love the fact that he had a wonderful sense of humor and made things comfortable for the entire wedding party. The church itself is a beautiful church that is very well maintained. I felt very comfortable in this church but that could because I was raised Catholic and it's a Catholic church. The organ made the church even more beautiful, with haunting notes and the soft evening sun shining through paned glass. Overall, a wonderful place to get married.

It's still a great place to worship and everyone is welcome --everyone who wants to hear the Biblical word of God. They have a kids room now so you can bring your kids for Sunday School.
