We stopped here on our way home from Ft Myers. So worth it!! It's about 90 minutes from NW Miami. It's basically a one way (driving) circle with stalls. Pretty much they all have similar things at similar prices. Lots of tomatoes ($15 for box in pictures), mandarins, strawberries ($20 for the box in picture) corn, zucchini (2x$1), eggs ($10 for eggs in picture) plants, etc. The prices are unbelievably low and it's CASH ONLY!!! You can drive around slowly and make stops as you see something or find a parking spot and walk a bit. It does get pretty full around noon. Go, go, go! There were 30-40 vendors when we visited. Very nice vendors offering unbelievable prices on fruits and vegetables. For $26 we purchased 2 cases of beautiful tomatoes, one case of shishito peppers, a case of cubanelle peppers and 2 large butternut squash. If you don't need a case, You can get smaller quantities from some of the vendors. Don't let the appearance worry you. This place is great! read more

Wow, what a cool place. We went at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon and there were at least 50 vendors selling local produce. Not much variation from vendor to vendor but the produce looked wonderful. We got a head of lettuce for $1 and a bag of corn husks for $4. $3/6 grapefruit. Awesome prices and a fun scene! I would definitely go back if I lived in Immokalee. read more
