I was just being rubbed on, for someone that works out as I do that's just a waste of my time. I left with the same stiffness and knots....not feeling rejuvenated at all. Which is disappointing seeing others had better experiences. My assessment was that she was new and not the best match for me or the massage. My therapist was not as skilled as I would have hoped for the price Now asks for. As a veteran receiving care through this program, I expect providers to demonstrate professionalism, respect for patient preferences, and basic customer service skills.
