Mixed feelings about this clinic. I found the staff I had contact with to be competent, knowledgeable, kind and professional. They provided me with aftercare instructions. Then the problem: I was told by two people that someone would call me with test results that day. As I thought about my appointment, I realized I had 4 questions about my understanding of the verbal and written instructions. I am 74 and it takes me awhile to process. Instead of a call I received a paragraph note about my results. It ended with a note saying call or contact the clinic via My Chart if I had questions. So I did with a list of my 4 questions. The response was to contact my primary care. I asked if I could still expect the promised call and was told no. My disappointment in the clinic is what I perceived to be a discrepancy in what I was told and what happened with my test results. I will definitely think twice before I go back there for service again!!! Someone should remind the staff that the walls are thin in the patient waiting rooms & not to talk smack about their patients especially while patients are still there. I just wanted to do a review after my experience this morning. I want to say that in the midst of this crisis, North Bend immediate care clinic went above and beyond my expectations. It was clean organized the staff was tentative, friendly, and efficient. I was super nervous to take my son in for an earache during The coronavirus pandemic is happening but the immediate care clinic took all the necessary precautions and made us feel safe and valued. I usually really like this place but today changed it all for me. When I'm in Southern California I have no eczema and no other skin problems whatsoever. When I come to Oregon I often have some puffy scaly itchy something that goes across my eyes and my nose. I was seeing here 4 days ago and was giving medication and told to come back if the medication didn't work. The medication didn't work and the condition has now spread. The nurse practitioner told me to figure out what over the counter allergy medicine to take get on a wait list for The allergy and asthma specialist here in this area or move back to Southern California permanently to get rid of this condition. Once my house is finished being rehabbed I plan to never come back here again but until then I have to finish rehabbing my rental so going back to something California permanently isn't really an option at the moment and being told to get off prescription medication and play a guessing game with over the counter medication is counterproductive. Avoid going here if you can. All they do is refer you to your PCP if you have one if not they advise getting on the waiting list. read more

Had a great experience here!! The gal that checked us in (Tatum) I believe was super sweet and made checking in easy even though we were new clients. We literally only waited 5 minutes to be seen and were seen by Dr. Sinnot. My girlfriend who was super sick and running a 103 degree temperature when we checked in felt immediately better the next morning after taking the prescribed medications. Great place and wouldn't hesitate to come back if we needed to. read more

TWICE I have tried to use Urgent Care for....URGENT CARE! BOTH times when I tried to check in I was handed a card and told to call for a teleconference!!!!! How is this care? It sure it's urgent!!! This place is a joke! They mostly tell patients to .....GO TO THE ER!!!! They are completely useless. read more

I went to this clinic three days ago. I cameback because I'm still not well. Very young in NP came in and I was pretty irritable after waiting for a whole hour in the waiting room. I asked why I didn't get culture she shrugged and said they didn't do it . She walked Out the door with no explanation.
