I reached out to 4 installers (3 others recommended by tile shop) and Gabriel was the first to reply. Throughout the entire process he was quick to respond to my emails and very helpful. Gabriel's quote was also the most competitive of the 4! Gabriel arrived on the day of installation and immediately realized the wall was not level and flush against counter. He applied a thin-set and was able to get his team out there the next day to complete the actual install. They were quick, professional and did a fantastic job! He came to my house, provided a quote and started as soon has I had the counter installed. His quote was more than fair and his work was meticulous. He actually did additional work at no additional cost to make sure it looked perfect. He was punctual, starting at 8am on Saturday and Sunday. He was respectful of the location, placing drop clothes throughout the entry to make sure nothing was left in the house. He cleaned everything perfectly and other than the excellent work he did, there was no sign he was even here. An additional comment I feel is valuable. The communication with Abraao is through an Iphone translator. Do not let that influence any decisions to use him. He tells you exactly what he is going to do and completes it to perfection. I would not hesitate to hire him again and have already recommended him to friends if they need some work done. I will continue to recommend him to anyone needing tile work completed.
