They show all the movies in their original language (with French subtitles). Don't look for Hollywood blockbusters here but you'll find Woody Allen films and many that go to the Sundance Film Festival, for example. The prices of the movies are a lot cheaper than the bigger cinemas up in Brussels and this place is very cozy.

There is a restaurant and bar attached to the theater. Food served is Thai food. The snack shop has bottled drinks, slurpee style drinks, popcorn, bagged chips, nachos, candy, and more. Seating can be picked and there are two types, 1) the average seat and 2) love seat style with tables and optional Arm rest. Restrooms are fee based, I believe 0.80€. restaurant restrooms are free. Distance from Mons is about 20 min without traffic.

Best place ever to watch a movie!…read more Former theater, the place and decoration are cosy and comfy. The seats are so comfy you could easily fall asleep and you definitely watch the generic to take a bit more advantage of it. Movies are cheaper than everywhere else! Only negative point (and that's the consequence of being a perfect place) is the queue for movies that just came out. You just need to arrive 30min prior the beginning of the film.

A small, old-fashioned cinema that has amazing seats--for not once did I feel uncomfortable during…read morethe movie session, and it was a long movie (over 2 hours)! The movie theater is located inside the Wellington gallery (just across the street from the church). The box office is on the lower floor, and if it happens to be closed when you get there (and you still want to get your tickets in advance), there's always the automatic ticket machine next to it (but you need a bank card). The viewing rooms are upstairs. There's a well-stocked food section too, though the prices are epically high (then again, they do need to stay in business). I'm not sure if they accept cards or if it's cash only--my friend had said "cash," but it had been a while since she'd been there so things might have become more modern since. However, since I did pay cash, I don't know. The only reason this place doesn't get a five stars is that they don't have V.O. versions of the movies at very convenient times, which makes it extremely difficult for working people to get there on time. Then again, this is a smaller movie theater. I did see that they offer specials for families on weekends, with two movies showing at the same time: one for the kids, the other for the adults, so everyone can be happy. And for a decent price. Might be worth checking into for anyone who's got kids or babysitting duty. Finally, I want to add that the staff was really nice, which only made the experience that much more fun!
