This includes many wonderful restaurants in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich. At Laurus Vital, they only use locally grown ingredients, where you can really taste the freshness in their beautifully presented dishes. In fact, we saw the chefs went to their outdoor herb gardens to pick the herbs! Friendly service, world-class cuisine, and elegant setting make this restaurant a memorable experience. P.S. They also offer cooking classes!

The place looked great, plenty of seating and lots of options for us to pick. We were sat quickly and had our drink order within a few minutes. Shortly thereafter the entree's arrived and they were very nicely presented. The pastrami was huge with flavorful sauce, pastrami and tomato with perfectly toasted bread. Everything overpowered the pastrami and the sandwich could have use a little more pastrami to sauce ratio. My son thought he was getting a wrap but it came as a bowl which was not disappointing. Everything was nicely presented and equally delicious. The place was really nice and worth the time it took to find it. Glad we chose Alex for the dinner as it went well with good service and good food.

The dish was overpriced. My kids had burgers which were okay....not great...obviously not cooked over a wood or charcoal fire and well done. (over cooked). My wife had a large under flavored salad. All in all over priced and under flavored. I can do much better in my kitchen and on my grill but in Chemnitz you can't do much better than ALEX. Yet.
