Imagine took our family portrait this past summer. Actually they took it five years ago too. I don't "imagine" they will be taking it again the the future. Their customer service was poor and my family was unhappy with the photo quality. At my friends wedding these photographers seemed nice at first, but they don't allow friends/family to take pictures when they're taking pictures. Make sure you read the contract! They were mostly in the way trying to get 'the perfect shot' when we were dancing. I guess that's a good thing because they were trying to take pictures, but I've seen professional photographers take pictures at weddings before, and they don't shove the camera in your face like these people did! read more

After seeing this company take pictures at a wedding, all I saw was amateurs with using professional equipment. I was so disappointed in their photos. Pushy, non-creative a completely unprofessional. Find a photographer who cares about your big day and isn't just in it for the money. Would not recommend. read more

My daughter graduated from Stillwater High School a few years ago yet the experience with Imagine photography lingers on like the stench of a freshly run over skunk. I hired Imagine photography to take my daughters senior portraits, and while they took many photos, it seemed as soon as they received my over $600 dollars there was no reason for the studio to deliver on their promises. I received continuous emails from Stillwater HS saying they never received my daughters Senior photos which Imagine Photography promised to deliver to the school. When I asked Bruce he said the photos were delivered, yet the school never had them. I finally asked him to send to me so I could take care of. My greatest source of frustration however is that Bruce never touched up the final photos as promised. He claims he did, however my daughter's hair was completely out of place (most of the photos were done outside so her beautifully coiffed hair became windblown) the photos were also not centered properly. I have shown the photos to several professional photographers who also confirm the photos were never touched up. At the time, I did not have the time, effort or energy to muster a fight as I was in treatment for Cancer. I would not use for portraits!! Highest price with lowest service. read more
