The communication was the only thing that was good about our experience, first of all I had to put…read moremy two large dogs into a crate that I really was not comfortable with at all. We paid 80 dollars for two basic baths and brushes which would be okay if my dogs were happy and looked good. They said my senior dog was growling which he never does to any other groomer or vet so I knew something was wrong. The dogs were still full of hair and just didn't look great, I don't even think most of their nails were cut and the ones that were, well the picture speaks for itself. I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. DO NOT bring your pets to any location if you care about them at all.

By far the worse place I've taken my dogs. I use to go to their other Zaragosa location for the…read morepast 4 years taking my Poodle and my Yorkie. We came to this location because the old location closed. They over priced my dogs cut and was way more than what they have been charging me in their other location for the past 4 years. I specifically told the lady not to cut a specific place on my dogs body because we have been growing it since he was a puppy (for 7years) and they shaved his whole body. My niece had taken her dog there and they burn her Pomeranian, I ignored that thinking she was over reacting and decided to come here. I just saw her dog and it had burned patches all over her body. I want to share pictures of my niece's dog so people can see how bad they are. They should hire more professional people not a bunch of 15 year olds that don't know what they are doing. Anyway, when I showed up to pick up my dog she was still trimming his nails and could see him being in pain and could hear him cry, I had to tell her to stop and that I would take him without a nail trim. I didn't even argue I just paid and left. I just can't with this place.
