I don't even know where to begin…read more. We just purchased a brand new Cadillac Escelade and contacted Matt to do a chrome delete. He initially said it would be 3 days and changed it to 5 the day we dropped off our vehicle. We called Matt on the morning of 5th day and he confirmed it would be ready by 5pm. I live in Denver so it's a commute. We'll upon arriving at 5pm I seen that my vehicle was not even close to being done. All of the wheels were off and they were still working on the vinyl application. I was not happy when they told me it was going to be another 3 days! So we finally picked up our vehicle and I noticed that it looked like they sanded and scratched our brand new Escelade in multiple areas I attempted to call Matt numerous times but he would not return my calls. To make matters worse I noticed we were missing lug nuts (keep in mind this is over a week later) so I check the other wheels and every single lug nuts was loose on our vehicle. I have a pregnant wife and 2 year old that is in that vehicle everyday! If your looking for a high quality company who has integrity this is not it. Save yourself the nightmare and look elsewhere. We have still yet to hear from Matt, or any other persons from the company.
