My experience was pretty smooth. From walk in to completion was 1 hour exactly. I had my old dip powder removed, my nails shaped, and new polish applied. She was very kind and made sure that I liked everything before I left. They have only been open for 3 weeks so they gave me a 20% grand opening discount that I wasn't expecting.
