It seems that three out of four cooks failed to turn up for work, and the remaining cook was hopelessly under water. 'Accidents' can happen and the right thing to do would be to inform the clients so that they can make alternate plans. Those who choose to stay should be rewarded for their patience. However, we were neither informed nor compensated. For that reason Le Goullon gets a low rating from me. When the main course was finally served it was not worth the wait.

English really wasn't spoken here, but we had plenty of German speakers to see us through.
