Kieth Is the most disrespectful person you'd ever want to encounter in a bud shop. On previous visits the staff has always been kind and on point... that was before Kieth. Kieth is the kind of arrogant, rude and disrespectful that stems from ignorance and negative judgements. A few weeks ago I called because I got a low quality strain (bad taste) that had been recommended by a bud tender. The bud tender was great, but the bud was not. They had been out of stock of the strains I had come for, so I took a chance. I called and asked what could be done and was offered 20% off my next order. i come in to redeem that and Kieth 1) insulted my character by insinuating I was lying... because I didn't get the name of the (kind) manager who offered the discount. I'm an honest person, and I believe in the good in people. So, I trusted the business to make good on their word. Not to have to defend my moral compass to this guy with an attitude... 2) THEN, Kieth discriminated against and judged me based on the protective head gear I have to wear. Keith judging me based on a medical condition, made me too uncomfortable to come back to a store I had really liked. I've spent a couple hundred at this location within the last two months and brought in referrals. This was a shame, and I'd advocate to promote some of the good hearted, kind people who work there. read more

I stopped by for the first time today and it was a great experience. The store looks good and is easy to navigate. Everyone was extremely friendly and laid back. Another customer was acting more than a tad entitled and the employees remained super sweet. I wish I had asked the name of the charming guy who showed us around. It was around 12:30pm & he also greeted my pup warmly. Highly recommend. read more

This place has the greatest prices, helpful employees, is extremely organized and very clean. Walking in, you're instantly greeted by an employee who will walk through whatever you need. I've been here 2 times . The check in was easy and fast. The front window workers are always friendly. As soon as they let you in the main floor room you are greater by a bud tender. The floor layout is clean and modern. Good selections of herb from low dollar to top shelf high dollar. The main reason I came here is because they have reasonable priced clones. The first time I went they had a good amount of stock and the bud tender did a great job of helping me pick quality cuts. The 2nd time I haven't been so lucky. The clone stock was low but they had full trays of Sour Diesel left. But they were all hurting and in need of quality care. The roots were burnt and brown and the leaves were showing clear signs of deficiencies. I opted to grab 6 and hoped for the best. I am an avid grower put absolutely hate cloning so I try and stay away from doing that myself so I am always on the hunt for quality cuts. Again the first time I went they were decent and are yielding pretty well in flower. But these 2nd batch I got are struggling in veg. I am struggling to get them back to a nice green but after a week of being transplanted into solo cups into Tupar kings mix they are starting to show some signs of bouncing back(pics attached). I also opted to buy one teen plant that I thought was looking half way decent. It immediately started to go down hill due to my guess over watering the coco substrate they had the teen in and I transplanted it into tupar coco about 2 days later when their coco got semi dry. Upon transplant I noticed that the original coco substrate seemed to be growing a fungus at the bottom of the coco , which I believe is due to over watering and not enough draining. The teen wasn't cheep so I am doing everything I can to bring her back. So the clones can be a hit and miss. When it's good it's good but when it's bad it is really bad and will set you back hundreds of dollars. I was also taken back by my 2nd visit because as I was buying the paying for the clones a conversation between me and the bud tender turned to the topic of everybody who comes in here to buy clones doesn't know how to grow. It was kind of a turn off and almost seemed to hint that I didn't know what I was doing. That topic didn't need to be brought up to a customer. I would love to know when they have fresh drops of clones and I will be going back to pheno hunt again because in my town there is no options for clones.
