pros: mostly excellent teachers; good spare time activities; sufficient numbers of computers with a…read moremostly fast internet; WiFi cons: work processes seem very cumbersome (after booking I had 2 people from the school mailing me - one for the class and another one for the accomodation). note: customers usually only want one point of contact and both didn't feel responsable for the output of the other person cumbersome and a bit frustrating, to say the least Although I gave them 3 stars, I wouldn't book there again. well thought out processes are part of the customer experience for me.
