Since I was planning the event from Canada, Josh worked with me via email and PDF drawings to layout a sitting arrangement that worked for our group of over 175 attendees. More importantly, on the day of the event, when Josh arrived exactly on time, he worked with us to reconfigure the pieces to best utilize the space. They cancelled on me last min. I had a last min event and decided to order some outdoor furniture from them. First, they refused to negotiate pricing with me on the sets that I needed, which was hard but ok. Once I found the right set and agreed to the price, which was about 12:40pm, Josh said that he would send me an invoice by email and to pay it by 1PM. I told him ok and I got home with mins to go. He texted me about that time and asked me to pay, and I told him that I was doing it at that min. He said ok. I was having difficulty paying by PayPal initially and had to update my account but by 1min after 1, I was back on and making the payment to iLounge. At that min, 1:01pm, I got a message from Josh saying he canceled my order and gave the furniture to someone else. I was late by 1 maybe 2 mins and he cancelled my order. I was pretty surprised. That seemed so unreasonable and unkind. He knew I was working on it. So technically he did give me till 1pm. Philosophically, it would show good character and good customer care to maybe give me 5 extra mins and/ or check with your customer to see if they needed help before cancelling their order. Thats just what decent people (and smart business people) do. I guess I just put faith in Josh that he wouldn't drop my order so quickly and without a phone call. But he was cold and abrupt and cared nothing for my business or my event. Thats not the kind of company I want to deal with. Here is what our conversation looked like for proof: Josh at: 12:41 I will load once purchased thanks we will see you soon. Josh at: 12:54 Please make sure to make the purchase before 1pm in order for us to make it on time. Me at 12:55 when I arrived at home. Yes Josh at: 1:01PM Okay I'm sorry but i will have to cancel this order ... purchase hasn't been made and i have another client that just purchased for today thank you Me at 1:01. No, Im trying to pay for it now Josh at 1:01 Sorry just took another gig and i need to move now Thank you End: So although they have some good reviews, my experience was very disappointing. I'll not trust them with my event next time. There are way more nicer and caring people out there than to deal with Josh. Goodluck. read more

A big Thank You to Josh and Tony! We booked them for my husband's birthday party and they did an amazing job. Josh met us at the venue and gave us his professional advice and helped us sketch the layout to create our vision while staying within our budget. On the day of the event, Tony did an amazing job with delivery, setup and even offered his help with settjng up the rest of the venue. He made sure the furniture setup was spotless for our guests and was punctual with the pick up. They even came to our rescue when we forgot about the lighting for our step and repeat and loaned us their own personal photo lighting. Would definitely use them for my future events!
