I used to go here, but my hair stylist moved out and opened her own salon. I now go there. This isn't a bad place to visit. I do feel a drama vibe sometimes when I would visit. Nice looking place but felt they lacked professionalism. Made appointment and the stylist had left for the day. Was told to return the next day. Never took down a name or number. The stylist seemed frazzled and inexperienced even though she said she'd done many perms. She wasn't a newby. She had an awful time rolling the rods and had to have assistance from owner (who was very nice). Once owner left, if she couldn't get rollers in she just cut the hair off. Once perm was done, she cut off all strays that didn't curl. This was a perm on teenage boy. She also scalded him when rinsing out the perm. She was in such a hurry to leave, she stormed past us as we were going out the door and was out of the parking lot before we even got to our car. Don't waist your money. Worst hair cut of my life. Ask for a light trim, no more than 1/4 inch off bangs so they would be eyebrow length. Ended up with butchered, uneven bangs not half way down forehead. Rest of trim bad...had to go have it evened up by someone else. No words from manager who witnessed the event. She didn't seem to care about an upset customer. Bad customer service. Find yourself a different salon!!!! read more

The gal that did my gel nails was nice and did a good job. The only problem was not a wide selection of colors to pick from. Maybe half a dozen. Also in less thN 12 hours the color came off of a nail. I have never had that happen before. So disapped. There is not a lot I can do about it. Be cautious read more

Have been going to Illusions for years. We love this salon and the stylist. They treat you like family, and you always leave looking great!

Your lucky if you get the same stylist twice. Big turn over. A lot of children running in the shop. Not professional at all.
