But what I love about Pizzeria Novita, are their exotic pizza variations. My favorites are Poesia (dates filled with blue cheese, shrimps, ham, garlic, cognac) and Gorgonzola (blue cheese, spinach, arugula, garlic, fresh tomatoes, white wine). They also deliver, but only on Tuesday and Friday between 17:30 and 22:30.

The bread bites were cold which was unexpected, but they were still good. We got two plain pizzas... cheese and salami, and mine was with mushrooms and broccoli and it was delicious. I'm not generally a pizza fan, it rarely rates over a "that was good"... but this was made with fresh stuff and was quite tasty indeed. Quick service and the bathrooms were clean too.

The people who worked here were really nice and friendly especially to my friends who took us their because they come quite often. The service was a little slow getting our drinks and ordering I would say took about 20 minutes and it wasn't that busy so just a little too long. They brought us some bread with olive oil and vinegar with olives, peppers, and onion which was pretty good. Then we had some bruschetta with pesto on it which was quite good. Then I ordered a Pizza which was quite good and it was like I got 3 different types of pizza in one because it was divided in three ways. The first was a salami which was alright, the other was a spicy pepperoni which I really liked and the third was a very spicy crushed red pepper pesto. Wish I was warned before eating this because it was really spicy. After the dinner our waiter offered us a shot of something that is a tradition I guess for free which was nice but didn't taste so good. A nice dinner date with some friends.

Moreover one pizza was quite smaller than the other and not warm enough. We were excited to go to this pizzeria thanks to the numerous glutenfrei options that are offered but we will never come again.

It isn't a luxury experience, but the food tastes good, the waitstaff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Pizzeria Pinocchio offers affordable pizza and pasta in a classic sit down restaurant setting. The…read morespace is candlelit and dim which gives it a very unique atmosphere. The interior feels almost like being inside a cave with textured walls and low lighting that make it stand out from more modern restaurants. The food itself is good and reliable. The pizza and pasta are well priced and satisfying making it a solid option for a casual meal. It is a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a full dinner without feeling rushed. That said the cave like walls are definitely not for everyone. While some people may find the ambiance cozy or romantic the walls personally gave me goosebumps and felt a bit unsettling. Overall it is a decent spot for affordable Italian food with a very distinct and memorable atmosphere.
