Amadeo is a natural teacher and we learned so much from him. Marco, the chef, spent time with us in the kitchen where he supervised us preparing and cooking asparagus. He answered all our questions about making pasta. The setting is elegant and tastefully designed, the pool longer than most, and most of all--the food is tops, optimo! We walked one morning to the sea about a mile away. I highly recommend this exceptional place for the graciousness of the staff and the menu which changes daily.
