They offer a wide range of unique flavors -- things like rosemary, lavender, and other creative combinations you don't usually see. It makes for a fun experience trying something different. All the flavors we tried were good, and overall the gelato was excellent. We've had some incredible gelato elsewhere in Italy, but this was still very enjoyable. Worth stopping in if you're in San Gimignano. Grab some and enjoy by the well in the center of the piazza.

However, we decided to take a chance when the line disappeared, plus we were desperate. First of all, very expensive for gelato, even more than prices at renowned spots - and tiny scoops! Workers very stingy, even with giving a couple extra spoons. Also, no samples, our first time experiencing that at a shop. Flavors tasted fine, which was this shop's only saving grace.
