According to Oklahoma State University, frying is one of the oldest methods known to human kind for preparing food. Why fight what our ancestors taught us? Il Frittto is one of the many counters within Eataly. They serve up some fried delights such as Fritto di Calamari e Zucchini ($30 - crispy New England squid and fried zucchini, served with Calabrian aioli), Shiitaki Fritti ($14 - crispy shiitake mushrooms), Arranchini 'Nduja ($14 - crispy riso scotti), and much more. They also serve contorni (sides) like salads and sandwiches if you want to turn your snacks into a meal. As per all counters here, wine, beer, and Italian beverages are also sold. I had ordered the Fritto di Calamari e Zucchini to have with another item I ordered at another counter and it was delectable. Rings and tentacles with a few Zucchini sticks were fried to perfection, not the least bit rubbery. Give it a squeeze of lemon and dio mio! Buon appetito!

Fried calamari at the top. Fried pizza on the bottom.

The atmosphere is cozy, lively, and full of charm -- the kind of place where you instantly relax and know you're in for a good meal. I ordered the meatball spaghetti, and it was absolutely outstanding. The sauce tasted rich and homemade, the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the meatballs were tender, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It's one of those dishes that reminds you how good simple, traditional Italian food can be when it's done right. The service was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming from start to finish. If you're looking for a true Italian comfort meal in Las Vegas, Casa Di Amore is a must‑visit. I'll definitely be back.

I've had the eggplant parm and spaghetti, and they are both flavorful and robust. Not to mention, the portions are very generous! You can easily share a plate with 1-2 other people. Service: excellent! The servers have worked here for years, so you know they have pacing down to a science. Drink orders were taken right away. Then warm bread is served. Apps are dropped with time to digest a little before the meal. Servers check in without being overbearing. The entertainment also makes for an unforgettable experience. They sing the classics and encourage the cowed to join. It feels like your home, or at least visiting Nona's Sunday dinner. What I love about supporting this place is that they explain why tiki culture is popular with Italians. I had no clue. When I saw a tiki bar attached to the restaurant, I just thought it was a gimmick, but after reading about it, I thought it was the coolest thing. I love how they preserve this unique collaboration and influence of Polynesian culture. Also, my hubby is a big fan of the Jersey Shore. We had to check it out since they filmed there several times. One of my favorite places in Las Vegas. It's definitely a fun and cozy vibe.

However I ordered with Steve who helped me decide which pasta I would love more. Very articulate human. I recommend asking him specifically if you can't decide. :-) The agnolotti was really unique fresh and lovely. I got a side of sourdough toast - which was Smokey and strange to me because usually that means in grilled same place as meat. They explained how it's done here and no meat grill is involved so it was actually an interesting thing. After deliberation I got the untoasted ungrilled version which was great with the butter and salt. It also actually made a lot more sense with the dish soup I can soak the sauce with the bread. I would have gotten the west of eden cocktail but had a headache. They do batch make them but in house. Not sure why but when I walked in I was told it's a 20 minute wait for a seat at the bar and then when I got sat in 5 minutes I noticed a ton of spots on the bar open and some tables as well. I tend to think it's like a "thing" to have people wait in LA too - but I don't run a restaurant so not gonna assume I know anything about that. It's Monday after EDC. It was full but not insanely loud. Quite pleasant ambiance. The experience is strong overall, though the pricing is difficult to justify. I paid $52 for a pasta dish and a side of bread after tax and tip. That is more than any Italien place I have ever went to (which are all the fancy places in LA and a few around the world). I don't think that's appropriate or called for, but obviously this place is extremely successful despite that. Just something to consider. I had no idea.

Great crispy exterior and i can honestly eat one entire portion myself! Their pizza is perfectly prepared as well, nice bouncy crust, no questions there. Well seasoned and portioned with adequate amount of toppings for each pizza. Their pasta is also very fresh, flavour profiles are as described. I would say I wasnt a huge fan of some of them, but you definitely get what is described on the menu. Service is overall good, nothing out of the ordinary but you'll definitely have a great time here. Book early because its hard to get reservations!

Here's a polished review you could post for Milano Restaurant:…read more We had originally gone to Yard House and were told the wait would be over two hours, so we decided to look elsewhere and luckily stumbled upon Milano. What a blessing that turned out to be! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth, joy, and professionalism. Even though they were busy, they were able to seat us outside at one of their last available tables. Within minutes, the owner and chef personally came out to greet us and were incredibly kind and welcoming to our children, which meant so much to us. The other owner who took our order was equally lovely and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the evening. And the food -- absolutely amazing! They had great options for kids, including pizza and spaghetti & meatballs, which our children loved. Every dish we ordered was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Amazing hospitality, incredible food, and such a welcoming atmosphere. We will absolutely be back next time we're in Las Vegas!
