From the moment we walked in, it felt like an authentic Italian experience. The restaurant was decorated with Sardinian flags and photos, giving it a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was the salt-crusted branzino, which I later learned is one of the restaurant's signature specialties. Before cooking it, they brought the whole fish to our table so we could see exactly what we were getting. It looked incredibly fresh, like it had just come out of the sea. They then covered it in sea salt, baked it, and brought it back to our table. What made the experience even more memorable was the tableside service. A staff member expertly deboned the entire fish right in front of us, leaving nothing but perfectly flaky, tender pieces ready to enjoy. The fish was simply prepared with olive oil and a little sea salt, proving that fresh, high-quality ingredients don't need a lot of seasoning.
