Terrible!!!! I ordered a multi function machine it was mailed to me...it arrived with no toner and instructions to set up were highly difficult. Machine is unuseable without toner and it takes 5-7 days to get toner. Also its not Mac compatible and sales rep didn't think to mention it or ask what kind of computers I had...lucky for me I do have 1 PC... If you are looking for a multi function office machine I would look elsewhere somewhere that has knowledgeable sales reps and can walk you thru the process. My business is shut down becasue I can't print, fax, scan or fax...until I get a toner and its not available at Staples!!! read more
