The gf pancakes tasted sour, the bacon tasted like it was old, and the scrambled eggs had to be sent back (because they use pancake batter in the scrambled eggs). This restaurant is going for quantity instead of quality I sat and watched three patrons turn their nose up at the meal they ordered. When it came to my food I had the sirloin tip 2 pancakes eggs and hashbrowns. My supposedly crispy hashbrowns was mushy along with my eggs. I had to get up and retrieve my silverware and napkins. The waiter never came back to my table and the service was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. International House of Pancakes do better. read more

It's IHOP, it's not going to be the most amazing breakfast you'll have but there should be some standards in food service. The hosts/busboys were rolling silverware and filling sugar packets when we walked in. It took 5 mins or more for them to notice us, and for me to realize they were there. Each table they took us to was dirty and when I asked them to wipe it down, they never came back. Eventually I got someone else to do it. Our server was nice. If I had to only rate the food we had though, it would be 4.5 stars. This was the best set of pancakes I've ever had from IHOP. They were hot and buttery. Just went by there to have a late lunch and the first thing I noticed was the lack of customers. Once inside I got a bad vibe and the smelly of the dining room reminded me of a daycare. It was a urine smell that I couldn't even breathe and think about digesting my food at the same time. I've never had this issue before so I was a bit confused on what happened. The service was okay considering it being so slow. They also had fans plugged into the walls as if they were airing the place out or maybe it was because they didn't have proper working air conditioning. Definitely won't be returning. read more

If you're a COVID denier, this is the place for you. No social distancing attempted, every single table packed together. Kids running all over the place, half the servers have masks and they are the only ones in the entire restaurant with one. This is a come to work as you are place apparently, as we saw servers in sweatpants, durags, PJs. The same sticky residue menus they had before COVID. At least they removed the syrup caddies and bring ketchup and syrup prepackaged now. The food was good and our server Faith was nice which is the only reason for two stars. Had Breakfast here just this morning with family member. First of all the waitress, " I guess her name was Claudia as on my receipt" did not know what she was doing. I ordered a short stack of pancakes with eggs, home fries and sausage. What came to me was two orders of pancakes ham and hash browns with eggs. When mentioned to server she became irritated which sent our relationship downhill. The same for my family member who ordered short stack with bacon and sausage but got short stack with french toast. Wow. I told her to take it off the bill. It is now at the point where she is showing an attitude and is rushing us by bringing the bill and we are not finished eating. She then came back and asked if we were ready to check out and I told her I would take it to the register myself because at this point, I an not trusting her. She states that the register at the front is not manned so she would have to take my credit card. I watched very intently and as they whispered amongst themselves while tallying up my receipt, the waitress then took my card and went into the kitchen out of sight. I immediately got up and approached and requested my credit card back from the one who tallied my bill and she said the waitress has it. I stated that she has no business going to the kitchen with my card out of sight. Manager states sometimes we do that to make one trip. When I got my card back I immediately went online to my bank account and noted that I was charged twice for breakfast. I went back inside and notified the manager that I am aware of what you have done and to put it back. In conclusion...this place has gone to the dump the food is mediocre and they cannot be trusted. So I called IHOP this morning because I was dying of hunger, they did not pick up so I drived there and popped in and tried to order my food but there was nobody there. I saw lots of people waiting for their food some said 40 minutes or even to the point of one hour, I was shocked. I saw at the back, employees we're dancing, gossiping and beatboxing. A friend and I stopped here for brunch today because all other places had a 30-45 min wait... We walk in to find the place fairly packed. Customers seated in booths literally right next to one another, no partitions or plexiglass dividers in between. No social distancing whatsoever. They seated us with a clear view of the kitchen. Saw employees wearing masks most the time, however, saw them either pull their masks down when they went in the kitchen or had it below their noses.. Also saw staff standing around on their phones without washing their hands after they touched it before taking plates of food to customers... Just the overall observations of this place seriously baffled me as a precious Foodservice worker for years... The table next to us asked their server about the social distancing and have the dividers between booths. He replied "yeah I don't know why they don't, I agree". When asked about the social distancing and needing to seat every other table like all other restaurants he responded "yeah if we did that we would not have any service and we would have a waiting line out the door". This astonished me. Needless to say if there was a manager present, I would've definitely spoken to them. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but my experience moved me to today. I went to this location with my wife and 2 children, 6 and 10. We saw an advertisement that kids eat free from 4-10 PM. We ordered our food with the server who was nice but inattentive. He was busy cleaning up the floor and talking with his co-workers including who I found out later was the manager. Fast forward to getting the food. It was not the best I've had but it wasn't inedible so I didn't complain. My wife's meal was incorrect but again we didn't complain. We weren't checked on the entire time and the server brought our check. I looked at the check and both my children were charged for full entrees instead of kid meals. I'm thinking "okay there was a mistake and it'll get fixed." Boy was I wrong. Apparently they weren't participating in the kids eat free promotion and because I didn't realize that my children weren't given kids meals I was expected to pay for the food that was brought and not what I ordered. When I asked to speak with a manager I found out that the one of the guys that was joking around with my server was, according to him, the GM of the store. Instead of just admitted that the server made a mistake and making it right by adjusting the bill he threatened to call the cops if I didn't pay the full amount. I had already conceded to paying for the kids food since they weren't participating in the promotion even though I would have just gone elsewhere if I'd known that but I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't order. At this point it was the principle of the situation more than the money. This became a heated argument with a patron over $6. He eventually conceded and put the discount I'd asked for on the bill but I will never go here again. I can tell that nobody that matters at this restaurant looks at these reviews but if this is how your managers are trained you should take a look at literally any other restaurant, including fast food, and learn how managers should behave. read more

Only two stars because the food (Colorado Omelette) was fantastic. The service, and their COVID counter-measures... not so good. I parked on side of bldg and walked to front. Signs said enter in side entrance. Side entrance: 10 sheets of 8.5x11" COVID warnings and instructions are taped to the windows. But no sign saying "Enter Here." I watched every other customer make the same trip to the front to then walk back to the side. They must be serious about COVID, right? My waitress never had her mask higher than her upper lip, and often had it under her chin. I noticed every time she walked by me and my empty cup of coffee. After almost drinking all of her water, she notices the glass is Very Dirty! It looks as though the person before had orange juice in the glass.
