I was really looking forward to going back to IHOP after so many years. The place is clean, but the food got a lot smaller. The Coffee pot even got hit with a shrink ray. The food portions were a lot smaller but tasted ok. The price got BIGGER, like WOW bigger. Had an omelette and that was close to 14 dollars. So 3 eggs and some bacon are about 3$ but it jumped up 11$. The coffee cup was micro'd to I see. The waiter seemed attentive when it came time to collect my credit card and pay. The bill "suggests" a starting tip of 18% for doing very little other than his job duties. I hate suggestive tipping, its a mucho turn off. I want to decide myself how good, great or miserable the service was and not be TOLD what to do. Sorry,won't be back. As soon as I saw the "suggestion" I knew that broke my back. If you are truly that concerned about his salary, maybe the owner should pay him a living wage. Meh, maybe I will visit in a few more years. read more

This IHOP is by far one of the worst locations I have been to! We order online and had it delivered to my apartment due to COVID. The delivery was late, I wouldn't have minded if the food wasn't terrible. Although, it was, we asked for crispy hash browns and instead got undercooked hash browns. The boxed eggs they served me were watery, and I got something that they tried to pass as a pancake. I have never really liked ihop but I decided to give it another shot and this experience has just solidified my disgust and disappointment for the chain restaurant as a whole. read more

This should have less than 0 stars. Absolutely the most horrendous customer service, multiple times! It takes forever to get a seat, the staff talks bad about customers to other customers, and the servers are not respectful of the customers - I thought the customers were always right?? Refused to give a refund. I would not continue supporting this location. But the downturn was that the food was not hot whatsoever....so what the waitress did was have the cook make us some new food, not realizing that we already ate all of the cold stuff... then my friend's granny decided to have some coffee, and she asked for creamer... it only took 10 minutes for her to get some creamer, and not to mention, another waitress decided to be a smartass and gave her granny three extra bowls of creamers.... there seems to be a bit of an issue with seating people as well...I saw a few people leave because they had to sit and wait for someone to bring them to a table... that shouldn't happen at all. Long story short: Plan to be standing an extra 20 mins waiting for your order and expect them to forget 1 item. Never expected amazing customer service at ihop by any means but this is next level mess. Ordered a to go pick up order at 9pm on a Wednesday just for them to have me wait 15 mins after the ready time for them to figure out who was going to bring me the order. 3 different workers asked what I was waiting for and once I told them they left me waiting while they continued doing other things without telling anyone anything or actually trying to get me order. I'm gonna start off by saying our server Ezekiel was AMAZING he was sweet and did everything to make sure our food was on point and that we were satisfied. The food quality on the other hand was terrible when the strawberry banana French toast came out the first time it was drenched in this sauce to the point that it was soggy and when we asked for it to be remade our server was more that happy to get it fixed until he went to the kitchen which we were seated right by. Then we heard the cook Amy I believe her name was, catch an attitude with Ezekiel for doing his job quite literally. That really wasn't appreciated since we knew he was doing everything in his power to make our experience great. The food takes forever even when it's dead and half the tables (of 3-4 total) already have their meals. The surface are sticky and the floors have trash and crumbs all over. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY! On Tuesday April 2nd I went to this establishment after one of my choir concerts. The service was "okay" at best. But that is not why I'm giving this such a bad rating. If I could, I'd give this place -5 stars! The afternoon after that night, while I was attending class, I received an alert from my bank saying that I had just dropped almost $60 on pizza from a place called Jonuzi's Pizza. a place, until just now, I never knew even existed! Our waitress asked us if we were ready to order we said yes and as we we're telling him what we want he said hold on I personally find this very rude and disrespectful. We ordered around 9:50 pm and most of us got our food at 10:20 pm. I personally didn't get my food till exactly at 11:54 and was to tired to eat it and my cousin that just graduated had to be some where and didn't even get to EAT his own food! The food is always good but they have poor service. It takes forever to get a table, to order anything, and to get drinks and/or food brought to you. Avoid this location at all cost! Service is slow and awful doesn't begin to describe it. They are always slammed, the place stays a mess, and the staff isn't particularly friendly. This time we ordered online for take out...what a poor choice we made! 20 minutes past the pick up time. Missing the $6 fruit and $2 bacon. Plain pancakes instead of the tres leches. Regular eggs instead of egg whites. Ham, sausage and bacon instead of Turkey sausage. Lids left off the fruit topping leaving it to spill all over the crepes leaving them soggy. I called this morning to place an order to go, the person who answer asked how she could help me, i told her i want to place an order to go, she mumbled something then told me to hang on, she put me on hold. I continue to drive toward the restaurant after being on hold for 10+ mins i arrived at the location. I tried to hang up and call back, but got a recording each time telling me to use the online method to place order to go. I decided to walk in a place my order to go in person. Once in the kid at the door said he would have to go get someone to take my order. A few minutes later a young girl came out, i told her i wanted to place an order to go, without saying anything she began to tab on the computer there, after several taps she said "oh this is ......." that is when her statements turned to mumbles, so i assume it was the same person from the phone. She walked away and never returned. While i was waiting for her to return i used my phone and my Whataburger app and order breakfast from the local Whataburger across the street.(turned out better and faster). Since she never returned i asked the younger kid at the front to speak to the manager. He left to go get them (i assume). After a few minutes neither returned. I left to go get my fresh and hot Whataburger. Never will visit this place again read more

this is my third time going to this ihop and the last two times i have ordered the strawberry and cream crepes. FOR THE SECOND TIME i was not given any of the cream sauce. i went back in to get more and they gave me about a teaspoon of sauce. i can't believe i have had such a ridiculous experience here and i will not be going to an ihop again. read more

We were not spoken to any more than to give us our initial drink and food...I was pretty shocked at how bad the service was in all honesty. And not wearing masks? We were so happy to see the new IHOP. We arrived about 11:30 am and the restaurant was roughly 1/3 full of customers. As we waited to get seated I was horrified to watch a toddler pick up a syrup bottle and put the whole spout in his mouth. My husband kept asking me what was wrong and I couldn't even speak. When the hostess greeted us I showed her the little boy and told her it was the syrup bottle with the brown top. She said she would tell the waitress. Then she led us to our booth, the one right next to the kitchen door. I asked for another table and told her that one was too noisy. So then she led us past several empty tables and took us to the one next to the bathroom door. I told her this one looked better (a third table) and she argued a minute then said "oh go ahead". So I just want to ask someone why she picked the two worst tables available and tried to seat us there??? Well anyways, our waitress was friendly and attentive and checked back with us several times to ask how we were doing. She gets an A+. As we are eating I'm watching that woman with the syrup eating toddler leave, the table is cleaned off and no new syrup is brought out. So disgusting ! Anyways, my pancakes were absolutely beautiful and pretty good, but they barely took the chill off the blueberries. In fact some of them were cold. I should have sent my plate back but I didn't want to wait. I asked to talk to the manager after we finished eating and someone emerged from the kitchen area and she sure wasn't dressed like management. Well let me say I am not impressed by this IHOP at all. I was actually really excited to go here because it's brand new, so I figured that the service and food would be amazing. Boy was I wrong. First of all the food came out cold which to me is unacceptable. If I'm going out with my family and spending 50 bucks on breakfast then I expect the food to be hot. I could go to McDonald's and get hot breakfast for half the price that I spent here. The service was also unacceptable. The waitress seemed to not care at all about our table, never asked how the food was and never even came to refill our drinks. If you don't want to be at work, then simply don't come to work. People should not spend their hard earned money here and get cold food and terrible service. I would suggest going to another place for breakfast or lunch or dinner versus coming here. For this to be a brand new IHOP I'm embarrassed for the company. read more

Came to eat a late dinner at 10:20pm on Monday, June 10. Service was absolutely terrible. The place was not busy at all, about one table per server, and there were 7 servers. Drinks and taking our order was fine and drinks came out quickly. Food took forever and our waitress never came by before the food came out. I asked for more coffee and cream and she took the coffee and cream. My boyfriend also didn't get his hash browns so we told her that as well. She never came back with more coffee and only brought back cream, my boyfriend never got his hash browns. Meanwhile the manager went to literally every table to see how they were doing except for ours and she even went to the table right next to ours, looked at us both and walked away. My food came out completely cold. french toast cold. Sausage cold. Eggs cold. Toast cold. Also another server a tall male kept screaming and had I'm guessing friends keep coming in to say hi but the manager did nothing about his continuous screams. Then we asked our waitress, after waiting 20 minutes for the check, for a discount because we never got our cheese hash browns and she took $1 off. Gave us a "senior" discount.. so ya i think everyone at this restaurant needs to go through training again, including the manager. read more

I was really excited to visit the new location! However, our experience wasn't what I expected. It was a Saturday morning, so I understand that it was a little busy. Not too busy, because our wait time was only 10 min (for 3). Our waiter, I don't remember the name, visited our table TWICE the entire time we were there. The waiter brought our drinks and that was it. We had no sugar for the coffee we ordered and no silverware. We waited about 10 minutes before I decided to ask another waitress. We kept waiting for our food, which took forever! Probably 45 minutes. We ran out of coffee and our waiter still hadn't checked in with us. We finally got our food, delivered by a different employee, which is standard. I know some restaurants do that, but our waiter still hadn't come. We were missing food. The manager happened to be walking by, and I told her we were missing pancakes, hash browns and coffee. I also let her know that we weren't receiving service from our waiter and she didn't seem to care.. we eventually got all our food. We had to wait a while, not sure how long, to pay. Our waiter was taking an order for the table next to us, and while he was talking to them, he slid our ticket to us. Without saying anything. No "Thank you for coming," or "Can I get you anything else?" nothing. Completely ignored us. So incredibly rude. I won't be going back. read more

This place was a living nightmare. The service was horrible. We waited 5 min just to get seated when nobody was in line. Then we got seated and waited over 20 minutes before anyone approached our table. They were standing around looking at our hungry asses arguing who would actually get around to servicing us. Then when the waiter walked up to us they gave us the excuse that our waiter walked out, when in reality our "waitress" was standing in the back not doing her job. Worst customer service I've ever had. The waitress just disappeared for 20 minutes at a time. Everyone else just refused to help us, much less even look at our table. We went around 2:30 in the morning and there weren't many people inside at all, yet the waitress claimed it was "hectic" in the kitchen. The other servers were in the other part of the building talking and not helping anyone. Our food took an hour to come out and the entire table was extremely sticky and overall gross.
