This restaurant is so cold. My husband told the waitress that it was cold and she said she was cold earlier but not now. Another family also said something about it being so cold, but they never turned on the heat. The windows and doors are nasty. This place is terrible for service. You order one thing and customize the order and it's guaranteed to be made wrong. All the employees look like they just woke up and put clothes on. Similar to most other IHOP experiences except for that it was much quieter with no wait. The tres leches pancakes were outstanding. They had sauces and whipped cream and didn't even need syrup. The classic buttermilk pancake base was extraordinarily fluffy. I wish we had timed the consumption of these pancakes because I'm pretty certain that they were gone in less than 4 minutes. The veggie omelet was also delicious and came with a side of fresh fruit. Our waitress, Crystal, was very attentive, friendly, and she offered to give us to-go cups for our coffee and water. My wife and I with our son went to this Ihop for her birthday pancakes. Our server Jordyn C was sweet and attentive. She gave great service. When we showed the free pancake page in our app for my wife's birthday "for some reason we did not get an email this year although we did from every year back to 2014 saved" she said she would have to get the manager for approval which we expected. The manager came to the table and asked to see the code. I told her that there wasn't one and showed her the app and where it showed my wife's birthday and the "free" stack... she said, and I quote, "I guess they didn't give you any free pancakes this year:, and then just walked off. We went to IHOP for a late breakfast... it was around 11:00, so we expected a wait... well the manager was on duty and seating people, she was not taking people in order.. just who she seen, she called back. Unorganized mess!! We were finally seated, and our waitress came to greet us.. she was friendly, forgetful but not terrible. While waiting, we witnessed the manager yelling at her employees in the dining area... very unprofessional!! Our food came out, and it was burnt but edible. I was almost finished with my pancakes... and we found something that looked like a fingernail!! Very displeased and we will not go back to this IHOP again. Came in here with my family on 6/11/17, the first thing I saw was an employee in the parking lot smoking weed, but he had been driving all night and decided to stop...I regret it badly. NO ONE came to our table, I want to say that 3 other tables came right after us and they were immediately serviced. So normal wait time for it being the day after Christmas, but there were families waiting and waiting when only 5 parties were in the dining area. I can't believe this restaurant is still open. It was so filthy that there were cobbwebs hanging from the light fixtures. No toilet tissue in the bathroom, and our table was so sticky you couldn't lay your arms on the table. We waited for ever to be seated and then it took so long to get a waitress and we heard the cook was all by herself. We will never go back, 32.00 dollars for breakfast and awful food and service. At best average place to eat. 5 tables sat in whole place we ordered pancakes and an omelet and took 45 mins to receive our food. At least when we got it it was fresh and hot. The strawberry and banana pancakes was good other than only 4 slices of banana. I had the Colorado omelet which was good except the ingredients were not mixed it was just shredded cheese the first few bites then the beef the next few which was just left over pot roast. When I entered IHop, me and my family were seated quickly. We were given drinks also very fast. I ordered the 2x2x2, which is basically 2 eggs, 2 pancakes,and either 2 sausage or 2 bacon. I got my egg fried and I got bacon, it did take quite a bit of time for our food but it was worth it. When we paid their was some confusion with where to pay, she told us to pay up front but, we were suppose to pay at our table so, overall it was a good restaurant but, the feedback I read before I found untrue so, maybe they improved on the negatives of other reviews. read more

We stopped going here because the food wasn't good anymore and then I got sick so it's been year and today my granddaughter and I went and the service was pretty bad, someone took our drink order and we never got them, then we got two different waitttressthe one who finally took our order was very nice but the food was awful. All I ate was the bacon, the coffee was warm at best and my granddaughters eggs were raw and everything else was so greasy she took napkins to try to soak it up. Needless to say she couldn't eat it. It took them 15 min to give me a table (the restaurant was almost empty but they were having a meeting they said). A nice waitress "Jocelyn" came to help me, she went to call the hostess and she never came so the waitress gave me a table, drinks and said the waitress assigned to my table was on her way, another 15-20 min and nobody came, Jocelyn came back, apologized and took my order. After 18 min the waitress brought my food and apologized as well, my daughter was crying of how hungry we were and they noticed it. Went for a late lunch and there was hardly anyone there but the service was terrible. Our order took forever and I don't think the waitress was paying attention. I ordered something that came with pancakes. The waitress slapped down a plate with the other food, turned around and then said "oh the cook came up with extra pancakes so I guess here you go!" and pushed a plate of them at another person at our table. Our drinks were never refilled - basically the waitress ran and hid as soon as we got our food. We were there quite a while (catching up with a friend in the area) so we tipped for taking up the table so long but this was the worst service I've received at any IHOP location. The food was cold, no silverware was offer (I took silverware from other tables) and drinks was never filled. The manager never came and asked how was service. I've only been once because I'm not a breakfast fan but everything about this place was average. Food, prices, service, wait time, everything. At least that means they weren't bad but just average isn't really something to strive for. This place is gross. Waitress wrote our order for 5 on her arm because she didn't have any paper. Messed up my order which was simply fit omelette, the omelette was greasy (not every healthy) and the fruit I got wasn't even edible, the pineapple and melon was the rind that gets thrown away, I couldn't even bite into it. We have previously had a very good experience at this IHOP. However this visit was very different. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive. My husband's pancakes were tough and cold. Our eggs, toast, and hash browns were also cold. I will have to say that the manager brought hot food and discounted our ticket, but other patrons got up and left after waiting unreasonably amounts of time for food or just to give their order. What should have been a quick visit turned into at least 1 1/2 hour. We won't be back. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the manager attempted to make things right. read more

Terrible service, very short staffed for a Memorial Day holiday. Groups of people standing and waiting in line for 15-20 minutes and no hostess to seat anyone so people started leaving. The few staff that was here ignored those of us waiting to be seated. We waited almost 15 minutes to be seated but there was no clean tables. After we was finally seated, it took the staff almost thirty minutes to get us our food. Was there for a total of 120 minutes. My spouse used the women's restroom and came back to the table saying it smelled awful and was very nasty inside. The dining room floors had food and paper wrappers in the walking area. I saw one waitress drop food on the floor of the dining area and it laid there for over 10 minutes before she finally picked it up. I counted three people working here today. I haven't had this terrible of a breakfast in many years. I don't know if the manager just failed to bring in the right number of staff or if people just didn't show up for work or if they are just short staffed. Either way the General Manager of this restaurant needs to take notice. This place is a wreck.. read more

I went in on a Wednesday night when it was pretty quiet. Only 5 tables though admittedly two of them were six plus patrons. Place was clean. Staff was friendly, fast, and unobtrusive. Food came out as I requested but not really hot (but better than just warm). Given that my wait staff was pretty quick, I have to believe that the cook waited a while before he called order up for whatever reason. Apart from that though, a completely standard IHOP experience. I will eat here again anytime I am craving breakfast foods for dinner. read more

I visited Ihop last week and had a horrible experience , the waitress definately knew what she was doing but simply could not help the situation which was our food coming out after an hour I heard the waitress telling the "manager" that she had customers who were upset the manager yelled at her and told her to "get out of her window"...the waitress was very professional and polite but obviously had no control of the situation i truly fealt bad for her because of the way the manager talked to her after a while we finished our food and were about to leave thats when the manager finally came out to talk to us we were sitting in a section you could see outside...she had been outside on her phone and smoking right in front of the window i guess after she was done yelling at our waitress ....thats when it got really ridiculous she looked and acted like she was strung out on drugs when she smiled i thought i was going to throw up right on the table her teeth looked like shed been chewing cornmeal and then swished with kool aid..she obviously has no experiance in any type of management the whole experience was a real eye opener for me as i OWN a small restaurant myself i would never have someone like that representing my company in any way ...i also told the waitress to get out of that dump and come work for me read more

My sister and I ate there this evening. Service was great and food was excellent! We will return often!
