I was always a fan of Ihop for breakfast and lunch, I wanted to let my friend try their lunch one day so we decided to go. We both order turkey sandwiches, her first half was really good but when she took a bite of the other side she made a face right away. Her turkey slices were spoiled. It had a blue tint, smelled very sour and tasted awful. We told our waitress who then brought back a manager. He was very disappointing...he said it was comet...like the cleaner. I didn't believe it but either way why would there be cleaner on the food? I regret not making him eat the pieces of turkey since he claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Sigh. I brought a friend who had never been to an ihop to this one and I ended up ordering the strawberry and banana pancakes. About a quarter of the way through I start actually tasting it, and noticed it was raw on the inside. When I brought this up to our waitress she was very helpful and had the cooks make another one. Then we noticed a hair cooked into it. So I very politely asked for the manager and told him about what happened and he pulled out the hair and said "oh its probably just an eyelash or something. Nothing to worry about" and promptly left. If it wasn't for our amazing waitress that night I wouldn't have left a tip. Went out today for breakfast with my mom and got to see the store completely full. I was still seated right away and attended quickly and courteously as well. Not too long after I ordered I got my food, tasty and sweet banana strawberry pancakes (my new absolute favorite) and a plate of scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns (bomb!!!) What I absolutely loved about my visit today was the service; fast, easy, and with a smile, that's right folks! A smile! At a time where not everywhere I go the service isn't too great our waitress today was on her A1 game. Needless to say today was a successful breakfast with my mom. The food was good like always however service tonight was ridiculous. We sat with drinks for over 10 minutes when there was only 1 other table besides ours. Then when we ordered and got our food reasonably fast. Then we never saw our server or any other employs besides the chef until we were looking for our check. When I went to pay I saw that the host, our server, and another server were sitting on the other side of the restaurant eating and talking. It explains the terrible service we received. My family and I always love to come to IHOP for a nice breakfast. The food is always very, very good there, and the endless coffee is great! It's so convenient having the pot right there at your leisure. The only problem with this IHOP is that you plan to go on a weekend, you better get there at opening time because it is CROWDED. If you go around 9 you can be waiting for 45 minutes for 2 people. The service is sometimes slow as well, but as far as the meal goes it's delicious! read more

We went in on Sunday morning. We were quoted a 45 minute wait, which you expect. But we waited an hour and 15 minutes! The manager was very rude to us at the host station. Two of the glasses at our table were dirty. Our waitress Marissa was very good though. We walk in and manager tells us 15 min wait. We put our names and sat down. 30 min later hes calling people that just arrived and have been waiting for only 5 min. Horrible way to seat guests. Somebody should do something about the way he's treating the customers. This is my go to spot when I'm craving breakfast late at night. It's always so quiet and the service is always really quick. I love getting the sirloin tips & eggs with pancakes on the side. I love the different types of syrup. My favorite is the boysenberry! It's so good! Their are remodeling this location so check back after the first week of April! read more

Don't come here!!!!! They have a new staff or something is wrong with management. I took my family to eat today 12/20/15 and we order our food and we didn't receive our food until like 40mins afterwards plus the pancakes were not even done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My servers name was Paola .. cute nice girl but dam I'm sorry I have to leave a review about the situation .. you removed my plate!! And did NOT even ask if you may remove it or if I was finished ! The worst part is that I was still eating! You literally just removed it while I looked away to attend my child! You're supposed to ask if you may remove my plate! I still had half of hash browns, 2 bacons and 2 sausage (my order was 3 bacon and sausage) .. I noticed my plate was gone when I was going to ask if I may have a refill but you were already gone .. I had to wait such a long time just to ask for a refill! Only asked if we were doing good 4 minutes after receiving our food and never came back again .. we saw that you gave other customers their checks and did not even checked on us or even give us our check .. I had to call you down myself and you said " are you good?" .. we were practically done eating! There were no plates around us! I was waiting for her to just hand us our check but no I had to tell her "may I have our check please" ... Very disappointed in the customer service from the manager at this IHOP. Me and my family came to this IHOP for breakfast to celebrate my sisters birthday. This issue and bad service began when they called my sisters name for our party of 4. My sister went and confirmed that her name was called for our family to be seated and the manager clearly verified that her name was called. We were then seated. They gave us the menus and 5 minutes later the manager comes and tells us that "we didn't call your name, we called sylvia for 4" but in a very rude tone as if he was angry at us for sitting down. But it was not our fault they are the ones that confirmed that they called my sisters name. Anyway the manager had us get out of the booth in a rude manner and made us wait back in line to be called. I am so disappointed in the customer service the MANAGER approached us with. It was very unprofessional and we did nothing to deserve it. It seemed like he was trying to blame us for their mistake. After we eventually got seated and and ordered, as soon as our food came they brought our check. We didnt even take a bite yet and they were already asking us to pay for it. That is horrible customer service. We barely got our food and they wanted us to get out. I will not be coming back to this restaurant because I dont want to go through this situation especially since such bad service is coming from the manager. I will also have to let my friends know that they should not come to this IHOP because I dont want them to experience the bad customer service my family and myself received. read more
