The exquisitely cooked and incredibly tender scallops complemented the Jerusalem artichokes and truffle vinaigrette. I ordered the roasted duck breast with black truffle and foie gras for my main course. The duck breast was exquisitely prepared, and adding foie gras and black truffle added an extravagance. I indulged in a chocolate soufflé accompanied by vanilla ice cream as a dessert. The chocolate was flavorful and wealthy, while the soufflé was delicate and airy.
IGNIV boasts an impressively extensive wine list. With their vast knowledge, the sommeliers can assist you in selecting the ideal wine to complement your meal. The pairing was suitable for a glass of Swiss Chasselas accompanying my meal.
