When I expressed hesitation and said I needed time to consider the financial commitment, the doctor's response was shockingly unprofessional. He accused me of "dusting my health under the rug" and questioned whether my well-being was worth the investment, trying to guilt-trip me into agreeing. I felt pressured and uncomfortable, and when I tried to leave, he repeatedly called me back into the room to probe about my finances. I left the office in tears, feeling shamed rather than supported. This experience was more about pushing a payment plan than providing care.
