They stock everything from canned goods, juices to cheeses and frozen foods. SPC even has a section of toiletries. The best bargains I got were: Bundaberg ginger beer Baked beans- You can get a pack of 24 cans! Apple Juice-huge bottles for $2 I would take caution before going in here and be armed with a list...it will get you and you will walk out like me with a full trolley and 3 cans of pickled onions, a new lunch pack, snack packs, baked beans for a year, gigantic jar of olives and much much more.
