She is extremely intuitive, she will help you work through what you're feeling and dig deeper to find your own answers within yourself. She is validating, not once have I felt like any of my issues, concerns, or traumas were invalidated or minimized. She is easy to talk to and just crossing the threshold to her office filled me with an overwhelming feeling of safety and support. I've seen therapists before in the past, don't get me wrong, but they either had a tendency to invalidate my feelings or it felt like I was just talking to a friend and not actually making any progress. Nicole isn't like that. She has helped me learn so much about myself in just a short period of time and I am so excited to continue on my mental health journey with her.

The fact that they can show me the improvement in my brain waves has proven to me that this is a tried and true method. The office is welcoming and always very clean. My sixteen year old daughter had been suffering from performance anxiety specifically in Math,…read morealthough she has what I call the 'worry wart gene' she inherited from her father's side of the family. I've seen it play out in the irrational, unfounded fears and anxiety that occupied her brain and the brains of other family members who are wired similarly. I had tried to help her in any way I could, but was unable to alleviate her feelings of insecurity and self-doubt. Her anxiety and self-induced stress was leading to erratic test scores and information blackout during exams, for example. Her fears effected other areas of her life as well. In my research, I stumbled onto to The NJ Institute for Neurofeedback. It made sense to explore this line of treatment as I'm a proponent of wholistic wellness and the methodologies it employs. So we gave it a go. I couldn't be happier with the result. My daughter is much calmer, able to sleep better, and has less performance anxiety. In short, this non-invasive, reprogramming of her brain function has improved her quality of life immeasurably. Of course, main stream medicine would shun this wholistic approach. It's done without medication in a comfortable, pleasant environment. Judy and her staff are friendly, knowledgable, and supportive. Treatment has a beginning, an end, and no harmful side effects. It's been an investment in my daughter's health and well being. And it's been worth every penny.
