Have your ID and payment method in hand afyer signing in to help the process go even quicker and smoother. I was seen within seconds of signing in and taken to the back for fingerprinting by a lady. She was clear with her instructions and completed my fingerprints with ease. I was in and out within 4 minutes!! Best experience ever, seriously. read more

The lady was SO RUDE!!!!! She literally had my limp hands in her hand and was telling me to not touch her Machine even though she had complete control of my hand and was setting it down over the machine. Literally had the worst attitude and was disgusting to even have to interact with her. She was so disrespectful. read more

I do not recommend this location based on my first experience. I arrived, signed in for my appointment, and was actually taken back early. However, the experience quickly became very uncomfortable. I have severe anxiety, so I was trying to stay calm throughout the fingerprinting process. I was having trouble relaxing my hands, and instead of explaining what I needed to do, the employee told me I was on a "two-strike rule." She said that was my first strike, and if I got a second strike there were microphones and police nearby who would get involved. She also said that once I reached two strikes, the fingerprinting would be over and I would have to leave. Hearing that only made my anxiety much worse. I did ask how I was supposed to position my hands, and after a few attempts I was able to do it correctly and finish the fingerprinting. read more

Ginger guy is great I was in and out in 2 minutes. No issues here, was sad I didnt meet the celebrity of most of these reviews

very unprofessional and rude. Lack of respect and don't know how to talk to people. I asked a question and was immediately told to leave.

All these reviews are true. All our experiences are the same. The black lady who did my fingerprints was mind boggling rude. Then she kept saying how the potential job can see me being recorded and can dismiss my job if they think I'm being difficult. She kept telling me to relax my hands like the other reviews stated. Which I was. I been to the Woodbury location 3 times and never had an issue. She tells me that all those fingerprints were denied. I said so they were denied but I still got the jobs? Like just lying. She's a psychopath, I don't know how that women with the worlds longest lashes even have a job. No way you woke up and are naturally this rude at 10 in the morning. She needs to be admitted to a psych ward asap. Idk how she's been getting the same review for a year and nothing has happened. I called cooperate and left a voicemail, and will do so everyday until I hear back. read more

Very rude employee lacking basic human decency. Go to a different location instead of Cherry Hill location. If someone from your family has to get fingerprinting done here, warn them about this lady so that they are not surprised read more

Went out of order on the sign in sheet, staff seemed miserable to be there. Asked for payment without how much the fingerprinting cost. Rude and unhelpful in instruction for fingerprinting itself. Overall just an odd experience - will choose a different location in the future. read more

Whoever this woman is, she should not be working here with the public. Had an issue with me from the moment I came in. Was rude and threatening towards me. I had trouble hearing her abd she kept telling me to relax. I have PTSD and she's in my face threatening me about having me removed (for what?) I was just about in tears. All I wanted to do was be done and get away from her. read more

Dessy or Dee I am not sure about her Name, she was extremely rude not only with me, but with every single customer. She asked me to leave the place because I asked her to explain why was she having a nasty attitude towards me ? very nasty and rude person. The leadership needs to hire people with customer service skills, this type of human being shouldn't be working with people not even with animals , she treated me like trash like I was a criminal , instead another employee , a man, came out when he noticed the incident and helped me get my fingerprint like a real human being read more

The women in that office have the worst attitudes. There is an immediate defensive attitude as soon as you walk in. The tone is rude and condescending and apparently they feel it is okay to behave like this in a professional setting. Too comfortable with no repercussions. An embarrassment. read more

Starting off, I walked up right as building was being unlocked at 8:30. When walking in, me and three other ladies were asked to take out our IDs and put our phones away. While I was putting my phone away, I went to turn off the Waze directions, and I was screamed at by a lady working there and I said "I'm putting it away, I was just turning off my directions". She then walked her office and the two ladies in front of me were called to the back. The woman, who yelled at me, came back and told new people to sign in and told me to come back with her. While I was getting fingerprinted, I was apparently not relaxing my hands and she kept rolling her eyes and yelling at me. When I asked how she wanted me to hold my hands she said "no certain way and just relax them". She kept smacking my hands against the side of the machine and stretching my thumbs as far as possible, making it literally impossible for me to relax my hands. She then told me that if she had to say relax one more time, the police would be dispatched and I would have to talk to them due to my "lack of ability to follow simple directions". Finally I guess I relaxed enough and she finished my fingerprints, however, this worker was extremely rude and truly made this experience horrible. I had gotten my fingerprints done last year elsewhere, and the year prior and this location, and experienced nothing like this. I truly felt like I was horrible when leaving, but reading other reviews are validating my feelings. Will anything happen to this woman? Probably not, but this was absolutely ridiculous. read more

Dee, a woman who works here, was rude and unpleasant to work with. She kept insisting my hands weren't relaxed and raising her voice at me. I have issues with motor function due to being autistic. When I told her this, suddenly she was able to do her job and didn't speak to me again until I came back to ask for her name so I could talk with her supervisor. In that conversation, she told me three times she had a police officer's phone number and then called someone (I assume her supervisor) to say I was full of BS. I left a complaint with the customer service line and I recommend anyone else who left in tears do the same. read more

Put this review on Google, but I need as many people to see it as possible so they know not to go here. I have had to get my fingerprints done many times for my job, and I have never had as terrible an experience as I did for this appointment. There is a woman here who is extremely rude, abrasive, and condescending. She was threatening me my entire appointment saying that I wasn't relaxing my hands enough to do the scans and if I didn't do what she told me to do she would cancel my appointment and force me to reschedule. Mind you, I have done these scans probably 5 times in the last 2 years and never once had any issues. I was trying to relax, but it's very difficult to do so when someone is being this aggressive and making you this anxious. She was basically treated me like I was being hostile the entire appointment despite my many apologies and attempts to "relax my hands." She kept saying that I was being recorded so that my employer and the state police can see I was "purposefully not following instructions." She made me so anxious and upset that I had a panic attack in my car after I was done. After reading the other reviews over the last several months, where many people have had similar if not identical experiences with this employee, she should be fired. I will never go to this location again as I have never felt this disrespected in my life. She should not be allowed to keep treating people like this. read more

Completely miserable, ignorant women working the front desk. Feels like you're doing something wrong just for walking in the door. Must add that the gentleman performing the fingerprinting was professional and pleasant to deal with. read more

I was in the Cherry Hill office on 6/23/26 so there is a record of who the worker was. I was there between 1-3 pm. She was an AA girl (lady is not warranted) and had the worst disposition that I ever encountered. Rude, disrespectful, and confrontational from the initial meeting, as she walked away from me talking as if I could hear here telling me to come to the back for my appointment. There is no way she should be employed anywhere and for this company to have her working with customers daily is a poor representation of the company. She alluded that my company can see the interaction while being fingerprinted, as if I WAS THE PROBLEM, where she was totally wrong. You cannot ask her a question, she didn't assist me with any inquiries, and acted as if she was annoyed by me being there. She is the epitome of ignorance and appalling customer service, and the worst people skills ever witnessed. If you have read these reviews, they all seem to point to the same individual, and that's a problem. I'm sure she has violated every moral and conduct code within the company. I will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint. There needs to be oversight at the Cherry Hill NJ location. Again, I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office asap. I give anyone respect and grace but with this individual, no way!! She needs to be coached, written up and fired based on these reviews alone. read more

The process is terrible. You walk in a there is no direction on the process. The staff are rude and condescending. The problem is that its the service you must use. That will change because Identogo is becoming synonymous with low quality clinic service. read more

Ignorant workers. Two women. Both rude. Looks like they hate their job too. Very unprofessional.

ICEBREAKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm here to say please don't believe these reviews. As a deaf Korean woman I'm treated poorly half the time at these state offices due to the frustration of the workers not understanding me being "ACL" savy . I'm an online teacher so I'm printed at this locaction frequently along with my husband. Every single time we were treated with nothing but respect & decency! I believe it's not what you say it's how you say it . As i sat & watched several times i can understand most things with my hearing Device but to see the disposition of you people or aggression is sickening. My husband interfered twice with a aggressor who lashed out because he was 2 days late for his appointment he was told he would need to reschedule & it set my husband off because he's a African American male & the guy & his wife blurted this why I don't like N***ers now. Fast forward a month later my husband man the wrong appointment & luckily that same young lady in the front office assisted us with no problem. My husband apologized for all the negativity he's witnessed thrown there way & sadly babygirl said she's use to it ! They do it daily & they must look past it & take whatever jabs is thrown there way regardless if the client is in the wrong & that is disgraceful. We are so sorry you guys have to deal with these hateful people on the daily basis but you continue doing the beautiful job your doing not everyone take time to assist others so we appreciate you MissDe read more

GET READY FOR THIS STORY. The first woman who *tried* taking my fingerprints (when I came in, she was the first one you see coming in the entrance, you face her office) is perhaps among the rudest and most inept humans I have ever encountered in my life. She is likely the same woman causing the vast majority of the other one star reviews here. She first claimed that I only made an appointment to get 2 cards printed instead of 4 (didn't see an option for this on the website). I said I'd pay extra for 4 cards. No grace, just reveled in being able to deny someone something. I said I'd be fine getting 2 cards then and she went on about how I needed 4 and she knows bc she does hundreds of these requests. She was WRONG, the medical board requires that 2 are sent by mail and that I have 2 for backup in case they get rejected. But I could still send off 2 cards for the time being. She then grabbed a paper with my notes and put it into the paper shredder!! Without asking, and I wanted to keep it bc it had useful info for filling out other cards. I told her to please stop and she obviously did not like this and became emotionally unstable. IT GETS EVEN WORSE. She then proceeds to call me over for the finger printing. Apparently she struggles to do her basic job of manipulating my hand on the machine and gets infuriated that my hand is not loose enough. Bc I'm obviously trying to mess up so hard so I can stay in her amazing presence. Bc my hand isn't as loose as she wants, she says "sir, if you can't follow directions I'm going to have to ask you to leave!" LOL. She also repeatedly discussed our interaction being recorded. Good, roll the tape management (5/8/25 around 4:20ish) Thankfully, because she was so inept at her job and regulating her emotions, she passed me over to another woman who was super skilled, efficient, and professional. This new woman allowed me to pay for 4 cards. Meaning the first woman was simply being mean spirited. DO NOT let yourself get bullied by her if you have the misfortune of getting her. Ask to be seen by the other woman working there. That other woman does not deserve to be lumped in with the first. IdentoGO needs to investigate the one woman working there because she severely lacks both technical skill and people skills. read more

Time for this world-traveler to get her act together and at least get her TSA Pre Check. FINALLY. Went online and filled out the form, then set up an appointment. Took less than 10 minutes. I was there 2020 and the staff were pathetic with attitude and professionalism. I remain calm and polite the entire time. The lady on duty treated me as if I was in kindergarten. I was there for a TWIC card. It's May 2024 and I have to go back there for finger print. If I receive the same treatment , I'm ready to file a complaint. I'm a paying customer and don't deserve this BS. I served my country for 30 years so everyone can enjoy their freedom. As you read their reviews its a lot of negatives. read more

It's quick, but these other reviews are right. The staff acts as if I'm a nuisance to their day. Front desk lady was nice, the other one won't even acknowledge me. Went in to get my prints don't in the second room, there was a desk and a cubicle. I was told to just give my stuff to the lady. To confirm I asked if she was the ma'am I was instructed to give it to. Cause who knows, maybe I was supposed to walk around the other cubicle. Nah, no answer, she just shakes her hand out for my cards. Didn't look at me. Cool whatever. Go to pay, my card declines (I forgot to unlock it). SHE SIGHS AND ROLLS HER EYES, like ma'am I don't purposely go out of my way to hold this up. Why would I want to be in your presence any longer. She's efficient, sure, but honestly I'd drive an extra few miles to go to a different one just so I could have a nicer person. I misunderstood her and she basically spelled out what she asked for. I didn't hear her ask for the zip code, just the address. She slowly turns towards me, looks me in the eyes, and very slowly says zip code. Like girl, I'm sorry I misunderstood one word you said. Considering that she mumbles the entire time and won't look at you, I wonder why. Her entire tone and attitude is crazy for a 5 minute interaction with someone. I had an appointment last week, when I got there, they were ready to fingerprint me, she came across an error I made in the paperwork, I needed additional information from the police station, the lady told me in booth number 1, that if I get the number I need, I could come back. I asked her if I needed to make an appointment, and she said no and that i could just walk in, I walked in today and the same lady told me I needed an appointment and that I am a lier, they are very rude and ignorant, and they work for the state that I pay taxes for, and she sat there and said to my face that she never said that. I had been to this facility for fingerprinting, as part of a DoD clearance procedure and it was quick and easy. This time it was for TSA-Pre. It was mid-afternoon on a Wednesday. I did not have an appointment. Even so, I was only waiting a few minutes before a staff member came to assist. I was briefed on the visit and what would happen afterwards. This place isn't bad but the associates have really bad customer service skills. I went in to be fingerprinted for a job in September of 2022 and since I hadn't been in a while I was very careful to check the door and the first when I walked in for any signs about face mask requirements, no signs so all is good. Then i sit down in the waiting room and one of the employees comes out and demands "WHERE IS YOUR MASK!" They also didn't have any masks available for you. I had to go out to my car and was lucky that I had a mask in there otherwise I probably would of had to leave and have been charged for missing my appointment. The year is 2022 very few places require masks anymore and when they do they notify you as you enter and they have them available since they realize people don't have masks in their pocket two years after 2020. The associate fingerprinting me also gave me few directions and got annoyed when I didn't do exactly what they wanted. We are not fingerprinting experts have us a little more direction and we might be able to follow them. My warning is make sure you have your mask, wear it, and listen super carefully to their directions. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After making an appointment 4/29 for 5/12 at 8:30 I was informed that my appointment was cancelled. Not by me. By them.
