I came in wanting layers, and walked out with a nightmare of an unstructured haircut with short chin level layers on my long hair down to my chest. It looked like I have short hair with long extensions in. Thank you for ruining my hair, which will take me months to grow out your pathetic claim of 'layers', and I have definitely spread the word to people in the area (and I have physical proof sitting on my head). Do not waste your time or money.
