Gary installed my hidden goose neck about 10 years ago, everything went well so I returned with my new GMC 2500Hd Danali. I needed 5th wheel installed ASAP, I needed to pick up our new 5th wheel travel trailer. Gary recommended the B&W Goose Neck/5th wheel companion, after doing some research I was sold! No rails in the bed everything is clean when you don't need it. Price was fair, installation was about 3 1/2 hours and Gary loaned my his personal truck get some lunch while I waited! Installation looks great, I also had him install no splice 5 way plug in the bed of the truck! Highly recommend Gary his knowledge and service is beyond any other company I'm aware of. I had to come back and finish, my truck didnt have air bags, and I wanted the new B&W matching drop down receiver and multi ball receiver. this was a last minute emergency for air bags and they got me in first thing in the morning. they just happened to have air lift brand, which is what i wanted. the owner came and talked to me and very friendly. assured me this would resolve my issue of pulling a big 5 th wheel. as they finished, they doubled checked everything and added additional harness to make sure i wouldn't have a problem. we did the onboard air compressor. it works great and very appreciative of the job they did. read more
