    Customer service is terrible. They are very rude. You pay rent on a tank and they never come to check it if you only need gas occasionally.

    If I could give zero stars, I would…read more This Northern Tool & Equipment location sold me a brand-new Stihl MS 182 chainsaw that was completely defective right out of the box. They didn't test it, didn't check anything, just took the money and sent me on my way with a tool that DID NOT START even once. After wasting my time and driving 30 minutes back to the store, the employees confirmed exactly what I told them -- the chainsaw wouldn't start at all. And even after THEY failed to get it running, they still refused to take responsibility. No refund. No replacement. No solution. Just excuses and "go somewhere else." This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of accountability. Selling a dead tool and then pushing customers away is not customer service -- it's negligence. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend avoiding this store if you value your time, money, and basic respect as a customer.

The most striking things about my visit today were the genuinely nice store associates and the amount of merchandise in stock! I bought two heaters today: one for my daughter's bonus room and another for her office at school. My daughter's bonus room is heated but it's still chilly up there. My wife and daughter will be spending a lot of time up there in the next few days wrapping Christmas presents and hiding them from my grandkids! Great Northern Tool is my new go to place for anything tool or gardening related stuff! I can find no fault with this store whatsoever! Believe me ; I do have a critical eye! My thanks to the fantastic employees here! You can't beat wonderful customer service!

    U-Haul destroyed my up-to-date storage unit just three days after I rented it. Employees kept…read moreitems; customers and vagrants picked through my belongings. Some went in the dumpster and others in a trash truck with infested items from other units. The company admitted 100% fault and promised to settle, but two years later, I still haven't received a dime. I've mailed claim forms three times. They eventually restricted my access, which interfered with my ability to sell items to survive. I was warned by an employee that I was about to be trespassed; I left and stayed away for approximately two months, and U-Haul used this opportunity to take action against me. Then they unlawfully auctioned off my three additional units they had promised me as long as I needed for free. They tried to make contact by using an old address they knew was not current and calling old phone numbers. The certified letter was delivered the day of the auction, but they still followed through. Unlawful. I even spoke with U-Haul's own CEO, who called the whole situation a PR nightmare after the first incident and seemingly blew it off the second time by suggesting I ask the MCP (regional manager) at McDonald's for an ice cream cone to discuss the incident. I sent a demand letter to the company in September 2025 with no response. I highly recommend that no one trust U-Haul with their personal items. Later, I found out that my unit wasn't on camera; the door alarm didn't work. The parking lot was not well lit or gated. My door lock was the only security protecting my unit. They had a history of break-ins that also wasn't disclosed. Bad business practices and management, from CEO to CSR. Online reviews on U-Haul's website and the BBB suggest a pattern of harm.

In over 16 years of service with AmeriGas, we have never once been placed on "will call" status. AmeriGas placed us on will call resulting in a complete loss of heat. After resolving that issue, we are now facing another serious failure. We were scheduled to receive a propane delivery between January 23, 2026 and January 28, 2026. That window has passed without delivery. As of Friday, January 30, 2026, we were informed via automated messaging that delivery is now scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026. This delay is extremely concerning. A winter storm forecasted to bring 5 inches or more of snow is expected to begin tonight, with temperatures forecasted to drop to 9 degrees or lower. Based on our current propane levels, we are at serious risk of running out of heat again before delivery occurs. We are at 8 percent. When we contacted customer service to express the urgency of this situation, we were routed to an overseas answering service. After requesting escalation to a supervisor, we were advised to simply "wait and see if they deliver." This response is unacceptable given the circumstances, the weather conditions, and the fact that this is a heat-related emergency involving a household with children. AmeriGas's failure has created a recurring and unsafe situation for my family. This level of service is unacceptable, and we expect prompt attention and resolution.

Under their "new terms," you're required to pay in full upfront--yet they completely fail to deliver on their end. This isn't a one-off issue; it happens every single time. Missed delivery dates are the norm, not the exception, and customer service offers nothing but excuses. Now our tank is nearly empty, and we're about to be hit with snow and ice this weekend. Their explanation? "Over-scheduling"--the same tired excuse they always use. But somehow, if you're willing to pay an extra $300, they can suddenly "rush" the delivery. That's not a service model; that's a shake-down. This feels like a scam. And it's honestly embarrassing that the company is called AmeriGas--because there's nothing remotely customer-focused, reliable, or accountable about how they operate.
