Hire them First... I saw all the young faces on their ad photo and thought, "My problem is so bad, I'm going to need to hire someone older with more years of experience in order to get it fixed." Man, was I wrong. I did hire an older engineer, and he was absolutely useless. So I called Intelligent Design. They came up with a very simple and reasonable repair solution. The engineer even contacted the county inspector to confirm that his recommendation was sufficient for my building to pass inspection; before presenting to me. I feel foolish for not calling this company first. It would have saved me 2 months of stress and headache if I had. Now all I can do is thank them and encourage others to hire Intelligent Design first. read more
